Seller potentially identified30 Jun 2021 10:40
In the annual report they list the major shareholders (link below). Acronas international have dropped from 6.19% to 3.91%. It is not known if they took part in the placing, but even accounting for any dilution it would still work out as a sell of 2 million or so.
The previous annual report was from 21st July 2020, so I guess technically they could have sold at any point between then and the date of the 2021 report (7th June). But I suspect the selling is recent because we have not had a 'notification of major holdings', potentially meaning they have not finished selling. Also on the day of BH interview there was a sell of 1 million (at least), I also think there has been persistent selling since. There are very few shareholders with over a million shares to sell, for me, it would make sense if that was Acronas International continuing to sell out. If this is correct, the good news would be that they cant have too far to go i.e. if they had 3.91% left on the 7th June, this number would be much lower now especially with that 1 million sell.
I know this is very speculative, but perhaps kind of makes sense. We know for sure there has been a large seller, and they have the potential to be a large seller and have reduced their holdings.
If we do get an RNS to say they have sold out I imagine it could kickstart a bit of a lift upwards.
