You are of course correct olderandwiser, I think that line was taken from a report that pre-dated the Havieron discovery. There have also been a few other 2moz + discoveries since then elsewhere.
But the overall point of the notes is that Landore is highly undervalued. BAM is a multi million OZ discovery on Canada and 100% owned, preliminary studies indicate it is cheap to mine. The resource will be upgraded somewhere close to 2 million OZ and its open in all directions. It's not a Havieron, but LND's market cap is only 30 million and it's 100% owned. Its astonishing value when you think of it. Its valued as if they had not made a disovery... And this is before you add in LND's Nickel and Iron resources as well...
If only the company would promote it a little more..
The iron is worth more than our current market cap, and nobody even knows we have it. Says it all really.
If this was a company named Landore Iron, or a company named Landore Nickel, or a company named Landore Gold. It is feasible that the market cap's of each one of these company's would be significantly higher than what the real combined Landore is right now.
Nice summary of the broker notes on Landore, worth a read, I think they are both free. Both of these notes do not take into account the current round of exploration drilling and increased resource due later in Q3.

Continues to surprise me that it is always so quiet here.
Nice 2 sets of 100k buys from yesterday, one popped up yesterday and another today.
A couple of other miners have had some nice results this week and the market has reacted with rises of 50% +, which is nice to see. It means there clearly is alot of cash on the sidelines watching stocks like ourselves. We have far better fundamentals than both of these stocks who released results this week, but they have higher market caps. It will catch up to something approaching fair value eventually.
We know we are awaiting for some interesting results from the bonanza infill, which are now overdue. I really hope these will act as the kickstart.
In the annual report they list the major shareholders (link below). Acronas international have dropped from 6.19% to 3.91%. It is not known if they took part in the placing, but even accounting for any dilution it would still work out as a sell of 2 million or so.
The previous annual report was from 21st July 2020, so I guess technically they could have sold at any point between then and the date of the 2021 report (7th June). But I suspect the selling is recent because we have not had a 'notification of major holdings', potentially meaning they have not finished selling. Also on the day of BH interview there was a sell of 1 million (at least), I also think there has been persistent selling since. There are very few shareholders with over a million shares to sell, for me, it would make sense if that was Acronas International continuing to sell out. If this is correct, the good news would be that they cant have too far to go i.e. if they had 3.91% left on the 7th June, this number would be much lower now especially with that 1 million sell.
I know this is very speculative, but perhaps kind of makes sense. We know for sure there has been a large seller, and they have the potential to be a large seller and have reduced their holdings.
If we do get an RNS to say they have sold out I imagine it could kickstart a bit of a lift upwards.

Presentation and Q&A on the 22nd July, exactly the type of thing we need to be doing I think.

Excellent Samroy! I am sure you will be rewarded with time.
TSX listing would be great, from what I can tell, they have a much more knowledgeable crowd over there when it comes to resource stocks because there are lots of them. Much more unsophisticated investors over here, more interested in memes rather than value hence our low base.
Looks like we should be expecting some results next week, if the results every 3 weeks mantra is to be maintained...
nice posts happydaddock and sportbilly,
i think one could some up 'Price vs Value' as Most AIM explorers (e.g. WSBN) vrs LND.
For example, WSBN have no asset, yet there market cap is similar to LND. I had a quick look on the WSBN board and its full of posts saying the company is undervalued, claiming with almost certainty that they have discovered another Havieron without actually doing any drilling. Yet those who have been in WSBN for 12 months will have made more than those who have been in LND for 12 months. This is the very definition of irrational.
We have an asset and I completely agree with the post from SportBilly, that is the sort of numbers we are talking about for any takeover. The board have been through this before (twice) and know how to sell a discovery. There is no doubt in my mind, that in 6 months time this will be significantly higher. That's the beauty of sitting on an undervalued asset.
Ultimately fair value and rational investors will win out - i have no doubts about that. It only takes a bit of a rise to attract the heard from elsewhere.
Yep - also frustrated with the SP. Its astonishing really. There was another big seller out today - see the 984k trade, you do have to wonder why they would sell today, it obvious this is going up. Wonder if we will get another warrants/options RNS tonight.
Not a believer regarding manipulation personally. That would have to be coming from the company its self and wouldn't make any sense. Why would he do an interview today saying we have already been discussing with companies etc if they wanted to suppress the SP? Would not make sense.
Most days there is next to no volume here, i think this is the problem. I mean its really pitiful we can have days with volume of 100k. So whenever there is some shareprice moving event, whoever has been selling pounces on it. I suspect much of the selling has been warrants and options. When the SP stagnates the inpatient and the line drawers move on and it becomes a bit of a cycle.
But a re-rate must be very close. It cant go on forever, I do feel more and more people are becoming interested and a lot more positivity.
Shareseeker - please see last few mins of the interview for answer to your question.
They last raised in Feb and now have a steady stream of income from warrants. They are fine operationally until Christmas. Sprott has a couple million £ worth of warrants I believe that have to be exercised by next June. Next funding move - could be from that.
When will the market wake up. This should be a £100 million + market cap. He is talking about 4 million oz of gold and has already been in discussions with some of the big Canadian miners. Its obvious this is going to taken out. Wake up.

Must listen, think about it 2 million oz resource with still plenty of exploration upside, still £33 million market cap. its insane value.
nope.

More excellent results, the resource is going to grow substantially.
They have even be so kind to tell us what the next RNS could be .....'Five additional drill holes have been completed at 25 metre centres to test the zone around the bonanza gold intercept on line 2850E. Assay results are pending.' More Bonanza.
Under even those conservative assumptions it is not difficult to see how this is not undervalued significantly.
Playingthegods - try having a look on a pc, on a mobile the it gets scewed, it days that 'inc' has the 9.2%. That's is just because it is narrower on the mobile version, so cancord genuity Inc spreads to two lines making it look that 'inc' owns 9.2%, when in fact that is Sprott. On a pc this is corrected because the screen is wider.
In general the website needs updating, it still days there are 1.3 billion shares!
