Not to mention yesterday they were saying that it was a fact that the Takeover Code stopped this going into administration yet, and that the BOD couldn't put this into pre-pack until the 22nd April.

Are these people's ego's so large that they refuse to accept they were completely wrong here, in some cases misleading other investors and probably costing them money. Of course I accept some deluded themselves too.

I received all sorts of verbal abuse for stating THE FACTS here. I would at least like to think some of these people could be humble enough, if not to apologise, then to at least have a word with themselves and consider how they can improve as human beings and investors.

..........the RNS this morning just to see if MA will commit to making a formal offer above and beyond his proposals thus far.

Of course, if they could get a profitable deal out of him they might consider it, but it would have to be very profitable for them to put their hatred of him to one side.

This could easily of been suspended and put into pre-pack first think, but I get the feeling they want to see how the fat head can dance for a few more hours before they pull the plug.

Same with FLYB.

As I kept trying to tell people. The BOD and their big hedge fund pals are working in concert.

MA is partly to blame for everyone being wiped out here. He was the one who made his intention to chuck everyone out and move himself in months ago, long before the refinancing deal was agree and everyone still felt they had some hope here.

From the moment MA started indirectly telegraphing his intentions of running the BOD out of town they obviously hatched a plan to have him (and everyone else unfortunately) wiped out to take away his ability to have them removed.

By the the time the fat head got around to forcing an EGM after months of running his mouth off and prancing around with his chest puffed out they already had him sussed. Not to everyone's favourite fat head couldn't even get his own name right on the requisition notice which afforded the BOD even more time.

As I have tried to tell people for the last week. MA could offer the world now, but they will not accept it because they have already decided what they're going to do.

To the best of my knowledge the Section 8 RNS will not stop this going into pre-pack administration tomorrow if the lenders want it to.

The BOD and lenders wouldn't want this to drag on to the 22nd and risk having an EGM either.

IMO, it's more likely than not that this goes into administration tomorrow morning.

As far as I can tell there is absolutely no hope left now.

.........of effective, efficient warfare is not to telegraph your intent. MA, being the thuggish creature spawned from the pit of Special Brew louts that he just couldn't help himself. His big fat head was making noises for months about how great he is, what he wants and what he'd do with the company. Then, after months of gobbing off like an oversized man trollop he decided to start making his move. He started throwing his weight around, by which time it was far too late to do anything because the BOD had already realised what he was up to and had their counter-attack already worked out with their big hedge fund pals.

MA is just an everyday lout who got lucky a few times and now considers himself a business genius. People who idolise the prik need their heads examining, really they do.

......If MA was going to do anything he'd have definitely done it before 5pm today. Now the company is officially in the hands of the lenders they will not give him another moment to mouth off.

8th April was the deadline and MA has let it pass by without making a formal offer. He wanted Debenhams but he didn't want to pay for it, simple as. He's a complete fat head time waster.

The only way MA could have definitely got this company would have been to go over the heads of the BOD and really dig deep in his greasy pockets, which understandably he didn't want to do.

He also could have taken the BOD up on their suggestion and made a formal offer. Of course, it's unlikely they'd have accepted it because they already know what they want to do with the company but the point is MA didn't even want to make a formal offer or make any guarantees because he's a complete time wasting fat head. In fact, he went out of his way to make complete enemies of the board which ultimately hastened their decision to wipe shareholders out before he could get his greasy mitts on the company.

Make no mistake, everyone's favourite fat head is just as much to blame for peoples losses here as the the slimy BOD.

It's pretty obvious they're not going to be able to throw it into pre-pack and notify the market about it after hours. The wheels will be in motion as of now to put it into pre-pack IMO, and it's highly likely we'll be notified of that in the morning, or factoring in a few legal formalities to ensure the BOD and lenders will not be liable for any legal challenges in the future, almost certainly within the next 72 hours. I would be surprised if they haven't already covered all those angles though, but sometimes it pays to double check.

The reason I feel they'll rush it into pre-pack is because of MA's behaviour. They won't want that fat head shzit stirring for another fortnight.

It's not a question of if this goes into administration now, it's simply a question of when.

.........In exactly 18 minutes time the company is officially in the hands of the lenders. Can't believe the price held up as well as it did into the close, but you know what they say about fools and money.

........It's fcuked now and still people think something good is going to happen. The mind boggles.

It's genuinely quite sad to watch this now times nearly up. It's a bit like watching Fred Dibnah finishing off one of those old chimneys. Been up all those years and get the sense of sorrow as you can see it starting to fall. Judging by the SP movement the props have nearly been burnt through now.

........that some investors are getting twitchy. A few more sells and it could potentially cause an avalanche before the bell looking at how this is trading IMO. If people are getting nervous 2 hours before the bell, they'll be far more nervous in another hour.

.........As of now I'd say this is a 100/1 shot, and still the bookmakers are only offering 11/8 odds at best.

My advice for anyone even considering gambling peanuts on this obscenely long shot would be to wait for the last 30 minutes as I feel sure something has to give here before the close. Unless news lands or the people invested here choose to go down with the ship.

I still maintain as I have done for quite some time now that MA is snookered and yesterday he burned what was left of the bridges he could even attempt to cross.
