The news is long overdue. Something is definitely not right here IMO. Poulden is the biggest shzithouse going so nothing would surprise me.

........I read their last tweet regarding OEX and it smacks of desperation IMO. If they have doubled their position here then they must be up to their eyeballs in the brown stuff by now. They never mentioned anything else getting sorted here, just nonsense about pollution rumours being nothing to worry about. I think the price is languishing where it is today on the basis of more than people being worried about a few rumours.

I've followed Align's commentary here since last November and they've been claiming everything is on the verge of being sorted since before that. Still nothing has been sorted and they're still spouting the same rubbish.

........IMO the BOD haven't been anywhere near effective enough in sorting out GSPC. GSPC have frustrated matters continuously but the BOD have been incredibly passive in dealing with them up to now.

I used to feel there was something useful going on behind the scenes but it's become quite apparent that nothing is going to get done here while the BOD on both sides appear to be waiting for one another to keel over from old age.

So much time and money has been wasted now it's getting ridiculous. Watching the BOD on both sides staring into each others eyes, not quite sure whether they're going to kiss or file some more half-hearted legal proceedings against each other is getting boring real fcking fast right about now.

The one thing that concerns me is if he's thinking of feeding our cash into some crappy mining business. I'd much rather be invested in crypto than another failure in a long line of his serial abortions.

Timis needs to make it clear what he intends to do here, or I would advise voting against him. Especially given the positive results released by the current BOD last week.

Indeed SC, the cash value alone is almost twice the current Mcap. That's not including the value of the mining business. There are many options going forward here and all of them equate to a doubling at the very least of the current SP in a matter of days/weeks IMO.

Bitcoin and pot. That would make Argo the hippest stock on the LSE man, lol.

The first sniff of news and 3.5p will be ancient history.

Investors are treating this stock as if news won't be coming any time soon when the first piece of news regarding the EGM date must be released within the next 2-3 days. After that we're not far off a major change here. We are literally 4 weeks away and no more, from seeing a massive rerate IMO.

..........News is due very soon now and I'm extremely excited to see what the SP is going to do over the next few days. Still can't believe we're under 5p at this stage now. This is my biggest holding at the moment and can't wait to see where we are after the herd cottons on.

I still can't get my head around how a cash rich company like this can be languishing where it is currently, being almost totally ignored by the majority of investors in favour of absolute junk.

This really does present a major opportunity for us all invested here currently.

I'm more excited about this given the risk/reward than almost any other company I've been invested in over the last 3 years or so.

News about the EGM has to drop within the next 7 days now if I'm not mistaken. It's 14 days since the requisition notice landed on their desk so their 3 weeks to notify shareholders of the EGM date is nearly up now.

I have a feeling this is going to be mammoth over the next few weeks here. I still can't believe it's so quiet here given what is now within touching distance.

.........That so many people haven't picked up on the opportunity here to make a great deal of money from what is a relatively risk-free position. When you consider some of the absolute dogs people are ramping on social media, and here we have a stock which could realistically return money to investors at 5p a share within the next month or so, or return as much as 4p per share to all invested and continue as a going concern riding the very profitable wave of the cryptocurrency market as it begins it's steep ascent to previous highs.

Either I'm missing something important here, or everyone on social media is a complete lemon, lol.

........The BOD must call announce the EGM by 22nd April. Things should really start to heat up here in the next week or so IMO. Cracking price to be getting in at too.

It would be great if say £10m cash was returned to investors which would equate to 3.4p alone and the other £5m left to progress the crypto mining business and pay for costs. We could all be sitting on a free carry at the current level if that's what the group convening the EGM intend to do.

......MA is the main cause of all this.

Remember earlier this year when the BOD reassured everyone and everyone had a little hope for the future. Then of course MA started throwing around requisition notices demanding he is made CEO. Within a few days the BOD announced they had found a source of finance. A few weeks late SPD realised they'd messed up their requisition notice and handed in another one. Within a few days of that the BOD announced suddenly that all shareholders were likely to be wiped out in their new financing deal.

The BOD purposely went down this route to stave off their main danger, Mr Mike "Fat Head" Ashley. Obviously the BOD have acted appallingly but MA forced them into it to save their own skin. The only way they could take away his influence was by wiping him out and everyone else with him unfortunately.

MA and his legal team, had they actually had a brain cell between them all, could have played this much differently and we could have seen a much better outcome for all involved. Even just simply getting the requisition notice right the first time would have helped.

In spite of Debenhams debt problems, MA and only MA was the catalyst to this sudden and very costly disaster for everyone involved.

MA didn't make an offer because he's all mouth and fcuk all else. Only thing his cake hole is good for is guzzling Special Brew by the case load. Said it from day one, but nobody listened.

Just trying to lighten the mood, a good sing song always helps.
