I see so many people talking disrespecting traders and espousing the prospect of long term rewards. Just look at the AIM market. How many people are being rewarded in the long term. 95% of 1, 2, 3,and 5 year charts on AIM look like crap. I don't understand where people get their confidence from to declare that such and such a stock will be mega 12 months from now. On what basis? When the CEO's are all money grubbing hopeless cases with not an ounce of success to their name save for a bit of luck here and there, just what makes people think said CEO who declares his lack of interest in the SP will do something for your investment tomorrow or next year?

Personally I don't think this update reads like it will do the SP any favors today. I could be wrong, but I think the market will punish this. In the present climate, any news short of exceptional is hammered, so don't anyone get their hopes up.

Absolutely. Every time alcohol or greasy food passes your lips you are putting yourself at risk of taking up a hospital bed. Even a mildly excessive lifestyle comes with a long list of minor ailments that require regular GP visits and repeat prescriptions which cost the tax payer infinitely more than someone who doesn't get vaccinated. You seem angry that I expect the board to deliver something and give me a reason to hold my investment. Or are you one of these cretinous investors who holds a good stock regardless just so you can tell everyone your a clever boy holding when everyone else is selling. I've followed this for quite some time now too. Stuck some cash in the week before suspension and was hoping for great things. The fundraising price was very poor indeed so there's nothing to underpin the price here for starters once this is back trading. Talk of more fundraising is a bad sign in my opinion. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt, but the time it's taking them and the few noises I'm hearing are not inspiring confidence. I'll be running a mile when this is trading again, unless the board can give me a genuine reason not to.

Haven't posted here for a long time but thought I'd check in and see how things are progressing.

I began posting my concerns about the way this company was progressing last May and all the red flags being thrown up by Alastair et al. As I said in the very beginning, the test needed to be on the market last Summer as Alastair promised, and as I predicted, if it wasn't, things would move on and investors would be left carrying a significant burden.

I also pointed out the biggest and most obvious red flag, when Alastair started selling hand over fist to go on a house buying expedition. He sold at just the right time didn't he. Notice AVCT has never really delivered SP wise since then has it. Funny that.

Well, it was nice visiting the asylum in which I received endless threats and abuse for a while again. Sort of closure in a way.

I tried telling people that back in July last year when Alastair started walking back the July/Mid-summer 2020 release date for the LFT cristalball.

I explained that eventually there would be hundreds of similar tests on the market by the time Alastair got the LFT to market, which would make AVCT overvalued to the extreme. People argued that being late to market didn't effect profits and that the test would fly off the shelves. Well here we are, and these tests are definitely not flying off any shelves are they?

There was massive potential here up until the back end of last year. Let's face it, the potential for these tests just isn't there now. Alastair's actions dating back to May last year were a long line of red flags, and surely it's something we can all agree on now.

As I haven't been around for some time I'm afraid I'm not sure who NDN is, but as the Alastair Smith cult members seem to dislike him, I'll assume he's someone else who called this shzitshow correctly.

.........After growing incredibly tired of the abuse I got here for pointing out the obvious problems facing Avacta late last year I decided to take the advice of someone who screamed hateful abuse at me when they told me to come back in July when according to them Avacta would be the biggest success story of the decade. Well, here I am.

As I pointed out last year, Alastair said the tests would be on the market and flying off the shelves by late July/early August last year. He's not exactly great with his schedules is he. Him selling up hand over fist last year should have told you all you needed to know here.

Also, I'm seeing loads of people suggesting that someone selling a huge chunk of the company is a sign that the SP is about to go through the roof. I need some help understanding that logic too.

.......Looking at Twitter today and can't understand why so many people are so positive about FPP. Not saying there's anything wrong with the stock or that it doesn't have potential, but from what I can tell, it has a market cap of over £3m and just a few hundred grand in the bank. There are a few shells out there with three million quid plus in the bank that are trading roughly at cash. One of those is also rumoured to be looking at getting into the CBD space, so my question is, what makes FPP so special that it's trading at 10-15 times it's cash value?

Haven't knocked or bashed this stock. Being completely transparent. I will get in if the opportunity presents itself. The only reason I'm not jumping in yet is because of Levi and his rubbish.

Been watching this stock for several months now and have a genuine intertest in it. By the way, I think it will more than likely do well soon. Can't be fairer than that. Just to reiterate, my problem is with Levi, not the company.

So if I go on Twitter and state a false piece of information as a categorical fact to manipulate the price of a stock, so long as I have a disclaimer on another site the FCA don't mind. That's a bit like saying you can walk into Tesco's and steal groceries providing you have a disclaimer pinned to your fridge at home stating you are not liable for prosecution as you have granted yourself the right to steal by virtue of having written a disclaimer.
