I know a few people who will be doing the same on the opening bell draft. I completely respect and sympathise with your position. The pickpockets talking down the 2p placing and gaslighting those who are angry and concerned are disgraceful. You and everyone else here have the right to be angry, het up, and to sell whenever you please. What has transpired here of the last few months is an utter disgrace. If this is the sort of contempt Clifton and his crew hold FPP shareholders in, then it tells you everything you need to know about how easily and cheaply he'll raise money in the future IMO.

Anyone who hasn't taken the placing who is reading all the uber optimistic trash being spouted on here really needs to be careful. These optimists poking fun at disillusioned people intending to sell will definitely be offloading most of their 2p stock when this is trading on the first day. These people are not your friends, they're just using your already dire situation to line their pockets even further come the opening bell.

You make a very astute observation. Everyone has been let down. The most logical course of action for all principled holders would be to vote against the proposals in my opinion. It would show the board and all the pickpockets who have diluted holders to oblivion that there are still some people with self-respect who are capable of making a stand at any cost.

Now it all makers sense. So there's a Telegram group where you pickpockets are busy coordinating ramps to get this placing away. I always find the delusion of rampers fascinating. To cope with the pain of reality you have to convince yourself and others that all perceived negativity is derived from one source. I assume the Telegram cretin you refer to has also expressed an opinion you don't like. Having second thoughts about piling in to that 2p placing are we? Greed got the better of you did it?

I agree with that draft. When this starts trading again, we'll find out whether or not the people who've taken the placing will be holding as they insist they will on here, or whether they're telling porkies. As you say, if this placing hasn't gone to sticky hands, which it almost certainly hasn't, then I don't see any way back from a crash under 2p and a very long and difficult road ahead.

You mean all the Tweets highlighting nothing that is directly relevant to the company itself. Yes I've seen those and I'm still left wondering how Clifton is going to move the company forward. Nothing has been explained as far as I can tell. The medical product may be available before the second half of 2022, but what's happening between now and then. Simply having the medical product on the market doesn't mean it's going to sell or that there will be any significant contracts either. Clifton just says "stuff", but so far hasn't backed any of it up. If the market was anywhere near convinced with his "visions", then he wouldn't be raising cash at 2p.

The pickpockets who think they're clever buying into this placing will soon realise that this stock may not be anything like what they've imagined when it lists. I imagine the aggressive rampers of this stock and the staunch defenders of this appalling placing probably belong to a small group of cronies who've likely been fed all kinds of bull by Clifton and Chrystal who were desperate to get this placing away thinking that when this lists,. They probably think Clifton is going to work miracles and that the market is going to be falling over itself to invest in a company that could barely raise 3 million at a massive discount to where it was when it was last trading. I think the market will likely shun this stock when it lists, and the pickpockets thinking they were getting are bargain at 2p will be left realising they've not just been mugged once, but twice.

There won't be any big deals for a long time yet in my opinion. Nothing about this placing suggests there is anything positive on the way. They may announce some "deals" without any numbers to trick the market and create some cheap volume for the pickpockets to sell into. Clifton and his cronies have already set themselves up as a jam tomorrow mob in my opinion.

They're definitely not thinking about investors. That much is quite plain.
