When this finally lists there'll be so many cheap shares shares flying around it will struggle to move up in the slightest bit. When all the pickpockets who took the 2p placing realize they won't be making the sort of money they expected to, they'll be selling at a loss too I imagine. Then you have to factor in the stack of loan notes that well get binned on the cheap too. I wouldn't be surprised to see this heading to 1p in the first few days.

............Remember a lot of people posting positive comments here will have bought the 2p placing which has left the majority of you high and dry. Be very careful who you listen to because many will be selling while telling you how great this will be in the future. Another dog of a stock with a mob of pickpocketing rampers in tow.

Because they thought they could get enough morons to buy into their fundraise by now. Apparently the presentation wasn't as convincing as they expected it to be. Can't wait for all their excuses. If they can't deliver the simplest things in creation, just imagine the state this will be in when it's actually listed.

What are we thinking this will be come the open then? Bearing in mind people bought nearing 10p and it was suspended under 4p. The majority of people are going to do well are they when this starts trading? I'm sure investors will be flocking to get into a company that's just raised at 2p, and no doubt you and everyone else involved in this bookbuild won't be selling one of your golden tickets until it's a quid. Let's see what story the SP tells about the courage of your convictions and everyone else's come trading day shall we.

Let's break down each of those points HullFC posted.

" (I think the people who've had their trousers down will be more interested in keeping their sites on the MCAP of CiiTech. In fact, what does this bullet point even imply?)

So to sum up it's pretty much a long list of excuses for why they're useless, future visions (Never seen those before have we PMSL), all capped off nicely with a cheesy "look at our market valuation compared to everyone else". OMFG What a bunch of desperate hopeless cases. FPP holders should be fit to burst after this.

Ahhhh yes, the prospectus. Can't wait to see the prospectus. A couple of idle pages of fluff and fudge talking about the wider market and what the global CBD market is worth, while at the same time justifying why they couldn't sell a fundraise at a remotely reasonable price, but instead chose to get one away in the low pennies. Should be good for a laugh if nothing else.

The big contracts were missed a long, long time ago. Mid-Summer 2020 wasn't it according to big Al? and here everyone is still waiting.

This is definitely a tidy little stock to have in an ISA.

...........Everything I've seen up to now suggests to me that investors in FPP are essentially being treated as a doormat. CiiTECH is rubbing it's muddy boots day after day in the faces of FPP shareholders who bought into the RTO hype at the beginning of the year. People who've bought the cheap shares being handed out more casually than The Watchtower will do well, but people who put their faith in the people involved in this company to begin with are ultimately being treated as collateral damage for Clifton's big ideas in my opinion. Fundraising after fundraising and CLN's issued at the most insulting price you could imagine in your most obscene dreams.

This company has turned into a laughing stock. The fact this company is still trading is proof the FCA are not fit for purpose.

I'm sure Alastair Smith has many ambitions, but as far as I can see, none of them are aligned with shareholders.

Judging by the lack of shouting from the rooftops, I'm guessing the presentation was about as uplifting as the RNS that landed first thing this morning.

Not sure I believe the "This variant is coming after the young". The government have made this claim with the original variant and every other variant as soon as it emerged. I suspect as vaccine uptake is lower among younger people, that has become a common form of propaganda they trot out to scare youths into getting vaccinated.

Not doubt the Omicron variant will cause disruption though, and the testing market thrust firmly into the spotlight again.

I'd agree with that, only the amount of shares we're getting is next to nothing. If people sold here to cover the shares they could get in the open offer, the difference would barely cover the trading fees.
