The power of 78 is a lifestyle.
Brookers,
Sounds good to me and better to be conservative imo. Depending on the method used we all get the same ballpark numbers which is extremely encouraging since we all use different analysis too. Ran the numbers three different ways and come up with a similar amount. Personally I can see anywhere from 70p to 120p being reasonable depending on what the BOD are negotiating with (e.g. 15Moz or 19Moz) and what the bidders do. Profit either way. Best of luck!
MT alone:
15Moz PGM = value of approx. $30 billion
Exclusive right to the additional flanks or 4Moz = value of approx. $8 billion
$38 billion = approx. £30 billion
This is not debatable. It is all in the RNS and is exclusive to EUA and the PGM values are all online.
This is without the other metals, future potential (e.g. 21 Moz in the wider Monchegorsk , bids and counter bids, WK, and Semenovsky) which IS all debatable since the company have stated there is additional potential but they have no licences etc. and no bids have been announced yet. So, scope for debate there.
Not too interested in any of that though as more than happy with the £30billion non debatable value.
So, accounting for 80% ownership the value of only PGM in MT alone is £24billion.
If we get:
10% = £2.4 billion (approx. 85pps)
12.5% = £3 billion (approx. £1.07)
15% = £3.6 billion (approx. £1.28 ps)
Do these calculations again subtracting the AISC (which is fair) you get:
15Moz PGM = value of approx. $25 billion
Exclusive right to the additional flanks or 4Moz = value of approx. $6.7 billion
Approx. $32billion = approx. £24.6billion
So, again accounting for 80% ownership the value of only PGM in MT alone is £19.7 billion.
If we get:
10% = £2 billion (approx. 70pps)
12.5% = £2.4 billion (approx. 88pps)
15% = £2.9 billion (approx. £1 ps)
None of this accounts for other fees (e.g. bank fees) as we don’t have the info for that yet.
In summary, anyone invested makes money not sure what there is to cry about. Unless you are short (get it right up you) then you will have a hard time losing money in EUA.
Glad you piped up investingqueen. Welcome to the board. I also do not iron a thing.
As for joining the Telegram group (the good one), GMF can invite you in when he sees these posts. He will likely be sniffing around here somewhere later. See you over on Telegram.
Sam sell already so the SP can go back up
BOD played a blinder on the people who spent over a year deramping, shorting and overall trying to damage the company. So many hard working investors have been so kind in sharing their research with complete strangers to give even the laziest investor the information they needed to make informed decisions and make a fortune here. It has clearly paid off/ continuing to pay off. The rest of you may as well leave this board and spout nonsense elsewhere. Unless you're enjoying watching Dmitry swing the long dong of EUA in which case bite the pillow and prepare for the shafting that you deserve.
Put me down for 20 quid that the next conspiracy is that the decimal point is in the wrong place and we're only worth 1.28p.
It's almost as though investors who can read, count, and present facts with evidence predicted this exact situation. We all said we would trade again between 10-15p, there would be a steady rise in SP as more RNS are released, then bid RNSs, then tons of cash in the bank.
Utterly delighted with today. Anyone that needed the cash got it at a nice profit, and that the rest of us managed to scoop up all the shares we wanted. As a nice little bonus, shorters have lost money betting against a great company with an outstanding investor base and BOD. I'd say the first day back was successful.
Excited for the rest of this to play out. Well done everyone... minus the obvious usual crew lolololololol.
Same as Ben. I hope this comes back to trade so I can pile in even more using COVID profits. I doubt we will get a chance to add below 10p though because as soon as II's start buying this will fly. Some people will obviously sell for their own personal reasons but it wont bring the SP back down because everyone else/ II's etc. will be trying to scoop them up. Good position to be in but I am also annoyed because I am greedy and selfish and want more.
By that logic no small cap share would sell at a premium as an average would be less than current prices. In the bin with you. Next.
Get it right up all you derampers. Making flames rubbing my paws together.
1. I was asked to show how inferred resources were being sold for billions. LionOre continuously boasted about their inferred resources and potential and were then sold for billions. I did not say they were comparable. Although everything is in fact statistically comparable if you break it down and model it correctly.
2. Even if they were not comparable it shows what companies are willing to pay to get what they want (DISCLAIMER: I doubt we will get a deal of that amount. I know you lot love to take little quotes out of context).
3. Era of mining has indeed changed such that palladium (the metal in the ground that we are selling) in 2007 when was valued at £180/oz compared to now at £1600/oz and is desperately needed.
4. Lets look at our posting histories before we call anyone misleading. My posts and point view are supported by publicly available information and are supported by linked documentation. I cannot say the same for any of you lot. For example, here is a link to every LionOre RNS from 2003-2007. Go through them and do a search on their "inferred resources" and their "potential" to see how excited they were about them.
https://www.investegate.co.uk/Index.aspx?searchtype=2&words=LionOre&pno=2
5. Enjoy that all of my posts (and plenty of other investors posts) get deleted even when they are entirely relevant. Sad state of affairs when people that can read and do math are silenced.
6. WARNING: All potential new investors hoping to get in when we begin trading. Do your own research. Listen to nothing that is said on these boards. Read information put out by the market/ company websites/ regulated bodies and make your own decisions. Letting the damp slugs on this board or any other board inform your investments will lead you to lose money or miss out on making money. They get throbbing erections just thinking about people losing money.
Anyway. Does not matter to me if you all want to waste your time trying to tank the share price for resumption of trading. I hope you succeed so that I can hoover up more shares up on the cheap lol. If not I already have a cracking holding and will be skipping all the way to the bank and then to Ed's pub for the EUA team party. I'll ask Ed to surround the pub with salt to keep the slugs out. Off to a beach to have a socially distanced riot now. Peace out.
Yes. Plenty. LionOre being the most fitting example since they were bought by NN for $6.8 billion CAD. They loved to RNS their inferred resources every chance they got.
Hi eryeyss,
The Channel presents the key bits of collated info. The group decided to close the "Eurasia Mining Chat" while suspended since there could be no new investors anyway which gives the admins a much needed breather. People will be able to join once suspension is lifted. I can post again when the group is open to let everyone know and save you guessing.
Take care.
Hi Mac,
Fair enough if that works for you. I don't use Twitter unless forced to for networking at my work so don't know how it works for investing, but Telegram suits me because we can share anything like screenshots, files, calculations etc. Plus its a good laugh. All I know is I can read telegram in minutes to see whats going on and get speedy updates as soon as someone finds something while LSE is full of people burying information. For a new investor it can be a nightmare. Each to their own though, if it works for you then that's great. And if Twitter works similarly then that's also great to know!
Here he is. Beat me to it lol.
Pete, there is "Eurasia Mining Chat" and "Eurasia Mining Channel". You can join the CHANNEL to see all the information the group has presented. To join the chat group you'll need to reach out to GMF as it is invite only while suspended. I'll drop him a message and let him know you're looking to get in the chat.
For anyone that can't be bothered with the muppets on here just get telegram. You can only create one account so no multiple posters, all view points are welcome from extremely positive to extremely negative and are discussed without the insults flying around. However, you should be prepared to substantiate your view point with actual evidence rather than just screaming nonsense to drown out the good information (this is the main deterrent of people who are just out to trash companies). Any insults or trouble making and you get the boot. Every bit of research we have collectively done is in the group for all to see. Backed by numbers, evidence, studies. You name it, it is there. The quality of the research done is why we are all so chilled about the suspension and treat the LSE BB as a joke. There is also an investor channel called EUA Investors Channel for those who want all the information without the need to chat to us lol (we have been known to talk about cars and watches for days on end during suspension). The Channel simply presents the information that is available in an easy to digest format to save you looking through years of RNS and running numbers. I highly recommend looking at this and then drawing your own conclusions rather than listening to ANYONE on this board.
For anyone that needs it (Newbie 642/ Pete) you are looking for the Telegram Messenger app. It is a blue background with a paper airplane (looks like a white arrow on a blue background). There is also the desktop app too which comes up if you google Telegram Messenger. When you get it you can use the search bar and type the name of what you're looking for (e.g. "EUA Investors Channel") and you're done.
Hope this helps all you decent folks that fancy a mental break from the hellhole while gaining 10 times more EUA info. Best thing I done for my investments!
Ian if it's not too late i voted for this Thursday on Telegram. If you want to put me down. Cheers.
AJ welcome to the board.
Yes, it is a shame really and I sometimes feel bad for the derampers. It must be miserable. I once done a quick calculation based on words typed per minute and it was a sad sight.
The average words typed per minute is 40. Consider the extensive amount to typing experience that a deramper accrues over 7 years and we can bump them up to a generous 60 words per minute.
Average length of post is around 60 words. Sometimes they spew spiels of vomit, other times its just a little dribble of nonsense. 60 words per post is reasonable.
Ignore additional time for the thinking they do before posting as thinking is not in the standard deramper toolkit and we get around 1 post per minute.
That equates to around 15 entire days spent bashing keys into LSE.
Or 45 working days if we assume 8-hour derampings shifts and that they do not take weekends off.
