RE: I'm Astonished Theres No Informed Sell Prices From Posters6 Oct 2020 08:33
Mug,
Plenty of guesses on here. Plenty of informed ones too.
Benchmarking with Kevista, SW, NAP was done last year when the bank engagement was mentioned. When you also run trajectories on the data we had back then the range using the then 15Moz – 19Moz gave a range between 80-120p (trajectories using 15Moz and benchmarking Kevista being on the lower end of the scale, trajectories using 19Moz and SW were on the higher end of the scale). Some people used EBITDA and which at that point was about 78p ??. (todays Pd price would mean around £1). NPV also ranges from £1.25- £1.50 depending on numbers and discount used (using the cashflow from the ACF report).
The issue with all of the above method now is that we have more resources, metal prices increased the 1000koz plan, and feasibility studies complete and ongoing. This throws all of the above out the window as the ranges will be sitting quite a bit higher now. I’d say with a combination of all of the above methods from shareholders, researchers, data analysts we have generated a lot of good informed guesses.
