RE: Tesco's mill stone..20 Sep 2017 18:11
Some interesting points made.
Nevertheless, based on Tesco's recent past I am very wary of the way they present the 'facts'. I have considered purchasing their shares but am holding off until I know more about their pension fund deficit and see a plan going forward that gives me confidence. The pension fund needs a serious interest rate rise and reduction in its potential liabilities. For starters I can't see any likelihood of a rate rise whatever Carney might say. He will lose the faith of the forex markets soon.
As for telling others where to invest, that's not my intention, DYOR as they say.
