You do realise that Gaffney will be one of the subjects of a class action being launched in the UK for justice over the effect on shareholders of the collapse of COPL caused by it's directors? Many questionable announcements with his name on are in the public domain, he tried to fund the company in such a way that his friends, Anavio, could seize the assets for almost nothing. And now he is being pursued, he jumped ship, but has not got away.

Adnauseam.......the copy and paste I used was not in the Q3 highlights but in the comments further down, and it does say 'Since the 3rd quarter' and so they were definitely saying that between end September and 15th November they had been injecting NGLs? This can't be true though, the monthly figures do not show it.

Adnauseam.......Not only did they say they were going to, but on 15th November they said that the NGLs were being injected, when they were obviously not:

"Since the third quarter in 2023, COPL was able to use working capital to increase NGL injection at the BFSU at double the rate compared to recent periods. This miscible flooded field requires injection of NGLs to enhance oil production and field recovery factors as capital restraints in earlier periods restricted the rates of NGL injection. A technical review of the oil response to increase NGL injection will be monitored closely this quarter, and it will form the basis for future production guidance and 2024 plans."

I hope the 78 million sell at .04 that just went through was not Anavio?

I think if we had 3 CAG representatives as directors then we would be much better protected.

Sharebel.......I don't know how much Anavio have taken from this already with sold shares from conversions and interest payments but if we could get rid of the remaining bonds at face value and cancel the warrants we would be in a much better position.

The ONLY possible reason is that a solution is on the way, there could be no other reason to extend.

' In addition, we do not know what additional supervision, if any, Anavio is under from the FCA. If shareholders sell in the market for a price, this is one thing. If a price is 'forced' upon them, via a squeeze out, for example, this is very different. Hence my comments earlier on about appraising business risk, risk/reward and so on. We just don't know at the moment. None of us is very clever if you think about it, otherwise, we wouldn't be here. :-('

Rodney, are you saying that the action group do not know anything more than us? No info on the FCA action, or on Anavio/Summit?
