As I said yesterday, it would be good to know why the requisition for a GM was 'deficient'. Was it incorrectly presented? Or another reason. Maybe we will get some news from the CAG leaders today. I was surprised that the letter to the company only mentioned 6 shareholders, there are many more of us registered in the early CAG numbers.

What happened to the 'vast area of bypassed oil pay in the Cole Creek area' Did it just disappear?

So if the assets were sold for say 200m, then we might get 2p -3p a share back? Assuming SL plus bond is say 100m, then 100m split between 3.5 billion shares? Or is my maths wrong, too many zeros to work it out in my head!

It would be good to get an update, please, in view of all the new info. Especially as to why the GM request was denied? And the forward plans?

Laguele, we know, of course, that it would work given time as we were geting 2700bopd with the inferior pipework so they can't tell us 1000bopd is maximum with 4.5m spent on the new system.

In the affidavit, section i 140..........the COPL lawyers saw the CAG's 28th February request for a general meeting to be deficient and notified the CAG lawyers of this.

Why was it deficient?

I think that many of us were hoping that silence from the CAG poster was because they were in discussions with COPL, but as that is not the case, I am less hopeful for a good outcome now. I hoped to hear that the 3 CAG member would be directors, but RBM's post has ended that idea.

According to our previous valuation by experts, net value of 300m ish without the billon barrel discovery?

I am looking for an increased SL facility to avoid dilution, pay off bonds at face value, cancel warrants, and fund NGL injection to make us profitable. Or JV to pay off bonds. Just funding without dilution. We have the assets to make money! With a new board who work in our favour anything is possible!

At 1.5p I would get my 150k back, 10p would be nice though! And our assets as previously valued would easily get us there with the right leadership.

Supposedly 46m sells to 9m buys and we are up nearly 10%. I guess there must be a strong buyer for those sells.
