Gas hedged at $2.70. How long can they mantain these hedge levels with the gas price being averaging at around $2.00?

Considering the latest report on the good cash inflow and projected speedy deleveraging I am considering tipping into this one. The PE ratio look pretty low. Interesting director buy.

How low the gas price can go to put pressure on DGOC and its ability to service their debt and pay dividends? How many investors are interested in the dividends to be cashed in sterling and how much pressure an unfavorable exchange rate can impact the returns for an investors? I believe these are the questions that are driving the share price down. Probably the decommissioning of wells etc had never anything to do with previous drops in the share price.
The company is still implementing the share-buy scheme which gives some confidence that the company is operating on a comfortable cash flow.

A4007035 H219 stronger so that FY19 to be better than FY18? At least that is my guess since the dividend payout was increased by 10pc.

Apart from the dividend increase by 10pc, which is the only significant positive today, H119 looks poorer than 2018. I hope the full year results will reflect the 'HY2 weighting this year as a result of the timing of contract wins'.

I am hoping the SP to double too, although that will halve the dividend yield. I am not sure about what has driven the gas price so low, oversupply I suppose, but how can supply adjust to correct a fairer gas price is my question. I don't envision the winter gas demand to lead to a gas price lift. That is just by looking at the price decline from November last year. I am not excluding the gas price to go up in the coming weeks/months for any other reasons.

I hope to see the SP to double in 2-3 years with all these positives. but i get the gas price is one of the major issues

What's happened to tbe SP in the last few months confuses me. After the drop from 135p it has stagnated below 110 with no sign of recovery. I wonder if a move to the main exchange will make a difference.

I am no expert but usually KID documents are relevant for investment funds

It sounds contradictory to go for acquisition and seeking a sell off of part of the asset creating a SPV. The only scenario I can envision is to turn part of the debt in liquidity, certainly not to pay off debt? Or they are looking to employ extra capital back into the business

Dgoc is pleased to announce that it is contemplating a securitization transaction where immediately prior to closing the Company will form a wholly owned ...special purpose vehicle, Diversified ABS LLC. What does "prior to closing mean? Will the placing result in a dilution of the shares?

John, do you think it can go a further 20% lower for you to get in at £4? it has already gone down a good 25% since this time last year. Possible I would be curious to know how likely though.

What happened to all the people that were invested in this stock? have they lost their funds?

I suppose we will know about the waiver very soon, I hope in this coming week. That will give the SP an uplift (provided we receive good news). I believe a potential new deal or acquisition will come like 'a thief at night' and could be very easy to miss out if you don't ride the volatility. After all is matter of staying invested in a profitable company with no debt.
If no deal will materialize I suppose there will be a dividend payout, I suppose!

Upomega, I agree with you. The issue is that if there is an announcement we can miss out if we wait to buy in the lows. I was holding Eland Oil and sold with a small profit few days before the takeover was announced. God knows when news are going to be announced. Serica can be one of those that may announce some positive news, sooner or later.
