Thanks Haywain, I think you'll find that in one of my most recent posts I said the same about gliteritinib including the stem cell transplant results in their OS figures so its nice to have that confirmed. I think we both agree on most regarding this topic only difference is that you believe BP will be using statistics and extrapolation to predict how drug will respond and then they'll take a position accordingly (and you might be right), however I think they'll wait for the data to be proven conclusively before making a move. In my experience they would rather pay more for a proven asset than spend money and take a risk on one that could fail. That appears to be there MO now, they let smaller pharma take all the development risk and just buy them up once proven.

Hi Haywain, I "focus" on gliteritinib because it seems to be the ones alternative treatment the FDA and big pharma will benchmark HG-CT-1 against.

It is only ~20k per treatment and is taken orally. Meaningful remission in 1/3 patience, full complete remission in 1/7, median durable remission 11months, media OS 9.3 months, 1 year survival 37%. And it comes with side effects such as CRS, ICANS etc... plus it isnt approved for pediatrics.

For what its worth i think HEMO could end up being superior to this for obvious reasons, my point or question was... the media OS of 9.3months is a lot longer than the 4 months cited here as being the bar HGCT1 needs to better so im not saying HGCT1 isnt better (truth is, we just dont know YET) what im saying is it looks to me as a laymen like it is going to take a lot more time and data to prove HGCT1 is better... maybe im wrong? This board is supposed to be for discussion, not a fan page, so forgive me for trying to use it for its intended purpose!

Because I think HG CT 1 is potentially better, primarily because Gilteritinib hasn't been approved for pediatrics and because it does seem to cause a number of undesirable side effects. My only point is, if they are increasing OS to 9.3months, then that is the new benchmark we need to beat compared to the 4months stated here by the resident experts. This means instead of a deal coming before the cash runs out, the cash will run out before a deal comes so it changes the investment case I.e. it MIGHT still be too early but were backing the tortoise not the hare and its where you finish that matters.

Was interested in others thoughts and views and counter arguments. I mean I know it sounds radical but I was hoping to bounce some ideas of people and research and use this board to discuss rather than insult each other and shout go hemo go all the time.

If gliteritinib is what i think then potentially id sell after trial results with a view to buying back closer to commercialisation and if not then I may add more on trial results. News that will see this double will be trial news which were expecting this week then we should see 100m market cap. As long as the warrants were definitely forward sold. I have no reason to disbelief JHFH genuinely believes they've been sold but tomorrow will confirm IMO. If they've gone and trial news is +ve then this doubles and if neither or either of those things is true then it'll retrace. Pretty simple really. Am I allowed to have that neutral common sense view or do we all just have to pretend with every post that the only way is up?!

How is talking about alternative treatments for rr AML not related to HEMO ?

If you note my posts earlier I said that gliteritinib has side effects and that its not approved in pediatrics but people here pick and choose parts of what I post.

My question or comment is regarding the OS figure of 9.3months and whether that has raised the bar which HG CT 1 needs to jump over in order to get approved. In my experience just having a safer drug does not mean it becomes approved - i should know after avacta CEO explicity spelled that out to us. So that 9.3m figure may become the new benchmark to beat and if it makes people survive longer maybe they'll be then treat with a transplant? So even with side effects it could become the best option.

For those saying you been here 6 years and know what you have, great. I dont doubt that. But do you know how much other science has moved on in 6 years? Have you bothered to keep abreast of new technology etc or just logged in here every say to recommend any post that ends with "go hemo go" ?

Ultimately HG CT 1 may not even compete with gliteritinib and if it does it still may outshine it. The point was just to discuss it as I came across at at the weekend and get people's thoughts. All it seems you want to do is attack me or put your hands over your eyes and ears though, which is sad because its probably what got you into the mess your in now 🤷‍♀️

I'll keep digging anyway and looking into it.

FYI, my investment thesis is that the trial is going well and if 3/3 patients live longer than 4 months they will be statistically significant and it will then be a matter of just widening the patient population. Cash run way of 8 months and a deal highly likely before that so no more dilution required. Stock trading above 200dma so bullish.

If now another trial has increased that survival benchmark to 9.3m, well then the time to make a deal will be increased beyond the limits of our cash position and of course we dont know if the patients will survive that long so that changes my investment outlook and I may cut my position according or sell altogether. Just being dynamic and sensible.

I just asked about the warrants because the RNS says they're being admitted tomorrow. Ok other posters here do or think they do know better, fine. I hope their right.

I have also done a bit more research and wanted to see if 4m was still the target to beat as ADMIRAL are reaching 9.3m. A legitimate question and something I only discovered this weekend. If I talk about it when price has rise im accused of trading a spike if I talk about it when price is down im shorting and destroying a stock trying to cure cancer. When exactly can we talk about this or cant we?

FYI reason I ask is because I have experience of avacta having a relatively low bar to jump over with soft tissue sarcoma and then out the blue new trial results came out which raised that bar considerably and so the company decided to pivot to salivary gland cancer. These things can and do happen. Doesn't mean HG CT 1 isnt better than gliteritinib but if what I am reading is correct then it has just raised the bar in terms of what will be required to bring drug to market and so likely added many months onto any potential deal. Its worth considering and maybe more knowledge people here like Haywain can satisfy me and us that its no threat which is fine. Maybe it is a threat though and I we need to revaluate our investment decisions?

Hi JHFH I understand why you think that and fine no problem your wrong like you was wrong about me being short before and doing blocking sells or whatever but no way to prove it. I genuinely spent some time this weekend researching more and came across gliteritinib trials and also if you look at my posts last week (before latest "spike" i was talking about the warrants).

I dont think this is a spike, I think it'll double again when results come out so be valued closer to 100m market cap which I have repeatedly said I think is fair value for right now. Good look to you

Avacta is a far superior investment though and much closer to commercialisation. Reason i stopped mentioning it was because I decided to invest in HEMO and have since added to my initial 2.5k purchase with total value now including gains around 15k. What will that be worth when we get back to your brake even price i wonder?

If you want to talk about HEMO though then that is what this board is for. I'm interested in the ADMIRAL results. Are we not allowed to talk about them? Are we not allowed to discuss the circa 300k warrants which the company has said via RNS will hit the market next 2 days? Can we only always talk of the upside and cover our ears and eyes to anything remotely controversial?

Ive already said i believe HEMO should be valued and will be valued at 100m market cap in the near future. Why can I not ask more questions and learn more, what are you afraid of?

I have been doing more research and with more research comes more confidence and increasing investment but I have now come across Gliteritinib made by ADMIRAL and it seems with this drug the OS is circa 9.3months although not currently approved for pediatrics and comes with side effects however my "issue" or point is that does 9.3m become the new standard to beat in terms of trial end point because if so, HEMO need a lot more data than I initially expected as I was under the impression 4 months was the target to beat... any clarity appreciated but ill continue to research independently also. BV, you've hit the nail on the head. Hemo will double from here i suspect but the warrants are going to severely slow it down. They only have cash for next 8 months and need a lot more data before they get any kind of deal.

If the data continues to impress however they will do well but its a new treatment and comes with risk. Hence why I brought weeks ago at 7m market cap. Funny to watch people like win the parasite jump in now, after price has done 500% and tomorrow 300k warrants hit the market. LOL !

Ha, I have just seen one of our board parasites has brought into HEMO. I do hope he realises over 300,000 warrants issued at an average price of 220p hit the market this week. Be a shame for him to get spiked

Lol - HEMO are treating rr AML (blood cancer) using Chimeric Antigen Receptor therapy (CAR -T). they're valued less than avacta and their total addressable market is miniscule in comparison to pre|CISION. Also, they've only treat 3 patients and treatment is extremely expensive, circa $300k per go plus the blood needs to be transported at cold temperatures and storage etc.

Its no comparison to chemotherapy without side effects which can be delivered at a fraction of the cost, has existing supply chains etc...

Also, HEMO need to be a bit concerned about AVA3996 tbh. If avacta ever decided to resurrect that which is a protease inhibitor so useful in AML.

To be honest this confused the hell outta me. So you are trying to say, I think, that the 250k warrants at 180p which are supposed to become live tomorrow have actually already gone and same for the 67k warrants which are due to go live the day after. Thats what I get from reading this.

Im not sure if thats just a theory of yours or if it can be proven conclusively and I have no reason to distrust you etc I just dont fully understand it and how it all works. The RNS says they go live tomorrow so thats what im working on right now. If they've already gone then that works perfectly and if not we'll get a retrace before then the trial results come out and hopefully push price back up
