I missed the ones issued to the II on 11th March which was 67,371

So in total therr are 1.183m warrants including the 116k CLN shares.

Of those just over 300k have been issued.

Are the rest in sticky hands or no?

For the warrants i have this information.

8th Jan 50k issued at 500p expire 1st Mar 26

8th May 250k issued at 270p expire 14th May 28

3rd Jun 250k issued at 270p expire 13th Jun 28

29th Jul 133.7k issued at 187p expire 7th Aug 28

26th Aug 317k issued at 180p expire 4th Sep 28

Then finally 116k CLN's at 530p

Whatever dude i just posted what I heard in a x groupchat to back up what another poster had said. It makes no odds to me if he's buying or selling and I'm saying it shouldn't to anyone else either.

He has form for it though and these people correctly called a few of his moves. Again my understanding is that he remains optimistic and bullish long term but sees a short term sizeable drop inbound so is freeing up some of his already substantial profits to take part and increase his holding here because he is so bullish. I dont no what else you want me to tell you. Thats what I've read. Belief it or not I dont care

Hey I don't care what he's doing as I've said and neither should anybody else. Dyor and invest of your own conviction. All im saying is I'm in a few groupchats and they are connected. Myles was selling his avacta position while pumping it then surprise surprise he's taking place in both recent fundraises.

Be careful with that guy. He's not going to announced when he's selling in advance is he. Nor will he admit to it afterwards but you'll see. If there is a placing and I've heard there is then Mr innocent will be taking part. Its at that point you realise what he's bin up to. Does it all the time.

He is like that tho says he's buying when he's selling etc..

But he still has faith in long term but you dont get rich like myles without minimising risk and taking profits along the way.

People shouldn't concern themselves with what he is saying or doing and just do own research imo anyway.

I belief myles has been selling some of his stock in anticipation of a fundraise. Thats what I've heard this morning from more than one source on X private chats etc

Clearly next weeks trial results posting is going to be used as exit liquidity for the warrant holders. People actually like to realise and bank profits.

Its OK though for LTH's as cash runway extends, way beyond the point where a commercial deal should be made so it's time to relax, stop checking in here every 5 minutes and start researching your next share ideas for the HEMO profits

What is all this talk about headroom?

Thanks locker room. No not based in Oz. I work shifts.

Looking at maybe taking some MKA, primary because there's a lot of hype and promotions about this stock right now. Especially on twitter and clearly a hot sector in geopolitical terms. Think they hype needs to cool of a bit first though and looks like chart ready for retrace. I say this not as a deramp just pure observation with honest intention of taking a few shares when time is right.

All looks positive, can see the huge upside here. Only concern is mkango are relying heavily on partners for funding and on grants etc.. plus if they want to scale up uk and German facility they'll need an equity raise plus of course the outstanding warrants. That said this if resolved would be transformational so even if there is dilution it shouldn't matter medium to long term.

Will a raise be necessary to have funds to reverse into the SPAC does anyone know? I am putting 2 and 2 together and see funding as really the only concern and probably reason why chart is cooling off.

Once/if these funding agreements are in place is their any idea how much of MKA future profits will be given up i.e. is it 50/50 ?

Just trying to do some basic calcs of what sort of money mkango will be making and when but its very difficult right now. GL all

Its likely IMO that whoever exercised the warrants has sold there shares and now will keep the warrants or perhaps sell some of them only. I'd be surprised if they dumped them all if thats what your think. Probably wanted to add to company's cash run way and sustain the SP rise... if its a LTH that is.

As I've been saying but being laughed at by you lot the warrants holders will be selling there shares and exercising the warrants. They may or may not keep those. Let's see.

It was inevitable as was a pull back but also as JHFH rightly points out each exercise extends the cash runway even further which strengthens the company's negotiating position. I expect many more of these warrants to be exercised in near future but it matters not for when a deal lands, and it will land, the size of it over a fully diluted market cap makes little difference in the scheme of things. There are just so few shares in circulation.

Let's hope good news on P3, and that candidate searches have already started for P4 plus pediatric patient 1 so that we can hit the ground running after c1 finishes. This is the kind of thing Vlad could and should be doing and presenting to us in a webinar. Bloke needs to be acting more like a CEO and not a CMO going forward. The market is crying our for that.
