If John has a new business strategy fine, tbh I think its the right one but surely he has some idea when company will actually make money. Not for foreseeable was the message I got meaning with scaling up costs, development of hy 5 and actually paying the difference of the cost of hydrogen and generate lease the company absolutely certainly need another huge raise at least. I dont want to be funding it anymore and being diluted further. Perhaps you guys do and good luck to you.

100m market cap is where this belongs. It was artificially held back by constant funding concerns which have now been alleviated so all its doing is getting back to fair value and with so few shares in issue circa 5m it means the move is rapid.

Once news on P3 is out and when pediatric cohort results come in you can expect the company valuation to build from there in anticipation of a deal, which is inevitable if results continue to impress.

Has anyone got a view on Gliteritinib? Haywain particular l note their OS is 9.3m but does include patients who have recieved transplants

Its nothing but ramping the sector which is fine we all no the hydrogen sector is huge but same as the dot com bubble. Not all companies survived. Remember MySpace and askjeeves etc...

Being in the right sector is just one part of the investment case. And a big tick here for afc.

Now they need to deliver and so far no sign of that. Some encouraging words and plans from the new ceo is all we have right now. Even when asked about profits he ducked the question. Given he so confidently and directly answered all other questions, even spicy ones like why has AFC misled investors, its odd he ducked this. Probably because he knows if he says it out loud the SP would crash.

The nod to commercial supply chain is encouraging and a change of tone from what I can gather but is everyone getting a bit too excited, I mean, its just a company who are going to manufacture for us. Big deal?

Just trying to be real and not carried away with fluffy stuff. End of the day, someone has to manufacture for us. The most important line is that they're geared up for clinical AND commercial which shows increased confidence.

I think near term we'll get between 50 & 100m based on positive trial results but then we'll be held back by circa 300m warrants. Once patient injection of cohort 2 and pediatric cohort happens id expect us to get closer to 100m with high expectations of a commercial deal which I personally think will be Q1 2026. The company need to really expedite the dose expansion and expansion into pediatrics so they have as much data as possible going into ASH but remember that data cut off is typically on average a month before the presentation so it doesn't leave long.

If he said higher market cap makes it easier to invest id agree with that and its one point i was making when hemo had a market cap of 7m but people were not listening and just insulting me.

There is no hard 50m limit. Perhaps he's confused which is fine but people really ought to double check things and do there own research especially before going on to repeat it etc...

No dramas let's all just stop pretending like when it hits 50m (which it will hit)- thay instructions are gonna start piling it because your just setting yourselves up for disappointment. Most won't even have heard of hemo and the overwhelming majority who have won't have a clue how significant the 3/3 patients all being successfully treated means.

These are a waste of space honestly. They'll flip to sell next week. To be honest its the same with the brokers and analysts covering microcaps, they are a waste of space and use arbitary chances of success based on what phase your in so for HEMO They'll only say its a 10% chance of success which has a huge impact on valuation when doing DCF calculations. Ive been through all this with Avacta so I know what they're all writing is a load of ball axe.

The best researched are private investors. They actually do deep dive. And some really know there stuff like here JHFH and even Haywain etc.. they effectively become specialists but also can suffer heavily from bias (no offence boys) but as long as you factor that in, generally its these guys who are more worth listening to than British bulls and the like...

Looking at the stage of development, proximity of a commercial deal, science achievements, pipeline and cash position i expect this company to be valued closer to 100m in near future. Then to increase from there it will need partner validation IMO

This idea of instituons piling in at 50m market cap is nonsense. Its way too small still. Can anyone post one single bit of proof that says they only buy once a company reaches 50m valuation ?

The significance of this needs explaining and communicating. The masses will not understand. I didnt at first. Most will think "3 patients, so what its tiny cohort". Without labouring the point too much. It needs promoting and explaining...

That said, those who do get it including pharma execs etc... it will be clear to them and that might be all we need to put in a higher high

If he cant personally do it, there are other members of the leadership team who could. I dont believe he cant find an hour for investors but if he can't then surely a 15min interview with proactive or SOMETHING. He just needs to get HEMO releasing regular news. My opinion only not close to the company in any way but I know how retail think an behave. If we want to smash that recent high, with the warrants potentially to flush then its going to need great news from the trial and sustained promise of news flow to at least ASH and hopefully to the inevitable commercial deal
