In no way does this indicate Q3W is not good enough to replace dox as standard of care, for me this is scientists and the SAB making this drug as efficacious as it can be after all we're talking life or death and that is what trials are about. Look up paclitaxel for a example of were lower for longer in some cases was better.

All avacta and the the SAB are doing now is optimising IMO. AV6k will replace doxorubicin as SOC. We're optimising the dose strenght and frequency to give best possible outcome in P1B and P2 which will lead to accelerated approval and a shorter route to market. Also this has implications for the pipeline of 10 other drugs!

The FDA and avacta want to know the limits of possibilities for the drug and the platform. No point leaving any efficacy on the table when we're literally talking about life or death.

This is my point, boom need to translate revenue to profit but they are very poor at that. This should be a touch light business model highly scalable etc. But most of the money is being given to podcasters themselves and swollen up with other costs there is nothing left for shareholders.

Wyn, with all respect that is utter tosh. Stocks are mispriced all the time. The market have been horrendous for years and avacta had a leaked placing that's the only reason the price is here. It does not reflect the underlying progress and chance of success of the company.

The stock happily traded between 1pound and 1pound 50 for years. It was the leaked placing which has done the damage. Who wouldn't sell knowing they could by their shares back a month or so later for a fraction of the price? I know I would!

You can look at amazon and netflix and apple and loads of companies which lost over 80% of these value during early days yet the people who made the most money where the ones who saw the inevitable and just held on through the crazy markets and panic sell offs etc.

It's not the journey it's the destination that matters. Avacta will become a multi billion pound company or be taken over given very attractive rewards to anyone lucky enough to be holding at the time that red dot comes. Touk. It is just dox once cleaved. There's a 2 log difference between tumour and plasma. Clinicians can't tell some Patients are even on the drug. Efficacy has been seen in terminal Patients with refractory tumours: tumours that weren't supposed to be sensitive to dox. Confirmed tonight that early excretion is not an issue. Sdmc allowing ava6k to be dosed every 2 weeks. Q3W dosing patients at almost 4x normal max amount of dox. Specific SAB formed with the world's best.

For me ava6000 is in the bag a slam dunk. Now it's all about the pipeline. Ava6k makes avacta a multi billion pound company, the pipeline is a massive cherry on top adding more value than ava6k alone.

Yes correct definitely avoid stocks trading below 200dma as a general rule.

Avacta is a bit special though hence why anyone who invests in it can't shut up about it and is happy to stick around even when under water. Why is it so popular? Is it good to buy stocks you like or do you buy stocks everyone else likes. Think Keynesian beauty contest.

Anyhow this is BOOM bored not avacta as I said repeatedly.

For me audioboom has no use. Listing in the USA is a fantasy and by no means guaranteed to change the fortunes for investors here. Looking at revenue only this seems undervalued which is what drew me here initially then you look more closely and realise they're not converting any or barely any into profit. This is definitely one of those stocks you buy higher and are happy the bottom is in I.e. above 200dma.

Right now I truly honestly believe this is nowhere near the bottom and that it is overvalued. I also believe there are FAR better opportunities elsewhere. Far better.

For now I'm just a passively interested party. If the chart changes or they turn a profit and start increasing margins I'll be bullish like you guys but until then. Boom is guilty until proven innocent

Avacta will be loss making and then suddenly sign a licencing deal or partnership worth tens or hundreds of millions of pounds.

Audioboom needs to keep increasing revenue bit by bit while also increasing margin in such a highly competitive market.
