So all it needs to do is be at least as efficacious and as Dr Tap so eloquently put it, this becomes standard of care. OVERNIGHT.
as we know 100x more dox is in tumour than blood and we know half life is not an issue then why would cleaved dox by any less efficacious than straight dox?
All logic says it will be more efficacious in anthracycline naive 1st line patients with high fap dox sensitive tumours. But it doesn't need to be more efficacious does it.
Ava6000 now surely has more than a 10% chance of coming to market LOL !
Then as the MOA & POC are proven plus we've learnt our drugs are targeting and breaking down the stroma, and 2nd and 3rd gen drugs can be highly modulated it looks like our pipeline is going to attract a lot of attention.
