Exactly this. If people think dilution on nasdaq will be below today's price after avacta release p1b data then that's up to them. Personally I don't.

Also we won't definitely list on nasdaq it is just a option being explored. What if a buyout comes 1st? At a market cap of 140m it's a absolute bargain. Try and save pennies and maybe miss out on the maximum upside each to there own and all that.

Avacta proved that there's 100x more dox in the tumour than the plasma even in mid fap indications and the bystander effect means ava6k can enter fap positive and fap negative sells. Yes tnbc is high fap but there are other high fap indications also. Being high fap is not the reason this has been included. It was lobbied for by patient advocacy groups and someone has told avacta that it'll be worth there while to include it even at this late stage.

P1b has started and avacta plus those under NDA are weeks away from knowing if the efficacy seen so far in p1a and the RDE cohorts has been a fluke or not.

I have a follow up if ok as I still don't fully understand this point

The median PFS for SoC is 3.5months

For ava6000 we don't know what the PFS is as 9/11 have seen stable disease or improving after 5 months. Which means we already have superior PFS then 3.5months, we just don't know exactly how good it is??

I.e. let's imagine all these patients now start seeing disease progress then that gives ava6000 a better safety profile and 5months PFS as opposed to 3.5months PFS which is an improvement

The longer the better of course but what I'm saying or asking is if we already have better pfs even in a small sample size?.

Can anyone explain this PFS median thing to me and other lurkers please. I think my understanding of it is that the progression free survival time for straight dox is 3.5 months once a patient has stopped taking drug and for those taking av6000 we need to see 50% of them with disease progression then at that point we can say the peogre free survival time of av6000 is... X months.

If X is greater than 3.5 then we have a better effective drug than doxorubicin is that right?

The problem we have is that of the 11 treated 9 of them have seen no disease progression so we can't announce our PFS figure?

Let's just remember shall we that Avacta are only delivering known drugs. Not as if the efficacy of doxorubicin is going to change. Putting more into cancer and for longer durations can only improve patient outcomes indeed this is being seen in p1A patience already. Unless people think these end of life patience tumours we're spontaneously stopped in there tracks and in some cases shrinked drastically
