Cut of date for registering is early May.

Cut of date for AACR data was 16th Feb so highly likely avacta have even more impressive new data for ASCO

Avacta know they run out of cash in Q1 next year, ok Coris sale extends that a touch and so does ant grants from ODD of STS & SGC & of course we get monies from affyxcell well we get shares but we can cell those but let's say we still runout if cash.

Avacta know they need to do a deal and I suspect they've had approaches well more than suspect that actually as they've told us for ages conversations ongoing and recently the panmure note confirms it in writing. P1b data waiting to give best terms.

A deal will come.

Question is whether BP will just bid for the lot. People thinking they can just wait on sidelines in hope of saving 5p and maybe get wind or signs of a deal being struck before it happens might be left wanting as company is snapped up.
