When it comes in and let's say it's 2quid a share plus shares in acquiring company do those with spreadbets just get the 2quid a share bit or do they somehow get compensation for the additional value added by owning shares in the acquiring company?

Could make a huge difference that to owning shares and having a spreadbet on. Anyone no?

4m traded by 10am and price reaching hi point not seen for over a month. Today marks the beginning of the end of the rot here. Risk/Reward from this point HEAVILY skewed to the upside. Heavily.

Expecting news on CLN before AGM, terms renegotiated and if we have some kind of credit facility with zeus to get us through the going concern then we're going to be looking at a monstrous re rate.

Gapped up this morning how big will the gaps be on the above kind of news?

You expect avacta to say that they're preparing for a takeover?

They are scaling the business, building the pipeline, derisking the trials and will be raising money which sets them up nicely for a takeover approach I.e. it puts them in a strong position when it inevitably happens. Right now they need to keep building the business as if they're going all the way. Ya know, just like prometheus.

Encouraged by these NED's appointment ls. Seems like they really are becoming much more commercially focused and ready for the inevitable next steps. Would they be doing this if P1b results weren't either as expected or better? No!

What's unfolding here is clear IMO

Price gapped open down today, this following a shooting star candle and candle colour change yesterday as price approached key support level of 80p.

Notably other banks down almost 1% today.

My system now has over 90% probability that this retests the H&S breakout zone to see if it now forms a support level. This is approximately 73p. How Price behaves at that level will indicate if this is heading to 90p or much lower. I favour price rising to the upside after this retest based on current information available.

Trading at less than 10x sales seems cheap, should see further gains here IMO

Looking at prices action I would estimate a 50% chance of a small retrace to H&S neckline circa 73p or a backtest of the resistance which should now turn to support. After retest and if positive, the price will push onto 80p where there will be small amount of profit taking and then to 90p.

Let's see. Depends how and where price closes end of tomorrow.

People and companies do a lot of talking about plans and risk blah blah blah.

Price tells you exactly what is happening.

And price/market is forward looking.

Based of TA alone, I am expecting a positive outcome for Lloyds here one way or another. I have no details about the case, infact I didn't even no of it until yesterday. It was price action that bought me here

There is always risk attached. Right now price is incredibly bullish and the market looks ahead. It tells me the outcome is going to either be good or not as bad as expected which means good really

My prediction, price continues to zigzag its way upt 90p in short term where it will stall and maybe even retrace. Outcome will be released and it will be seen as positive by the market which then sets lloyds on the path to 170p.

So yes what if outcome is negative but I could flip that around and say what if it's positive which is what is the most likely scenario given bullish price action IMO.

The above 2 facts lead me to the conclusion that the court case will either rule in Lloyds favour or it will not be anywhere near the worst case estimates with Lloyds already earmarking money for this specific reason.

From what I can see in the charts and price action, the rally looks like it's just begun. DYOR

Lot of happy Lloyds investors today as SP gaps up on open with increased volume on the back of a reverse head and shoulders breakout.

Dividends being reinvested adding fuel to the already raging fire starter by the company's share buybacks.

Slight resistance around 90 so would expect price to stall there or even retrace before pushing onto 170p.

It would appear investors and insiders are expecting a favourable outcome from the court case. DYOR

Chemotherapy hasn't historically cured cancer because it bathes all tissues in the drug causing severe side effects.

Precision allows chemo to be given in stronger doses and more frequently and for longer and indeed they can use more powerful drugs like exetecan.

Let's see if any cures come from Precision chemo shall we

More bullish signals this morning as price gapped open at multi year highs on strong volume.

Short tracker is a website that focuses on shorts by institutions and hedge funds and usually at a threshold above 0.5% in my experience.

I am talking about spreadbet which is a derivative product. 6% short on spreadex, not sure how many on IG but that 6% was 8% this morning so a noticeable number have closed out already and probably gone long given bullish price action.

Notice the huge uptick in volume from start of the day where price fell, to end of the day where price rose. Stock finishing strong on high volume is another bullish signal.

I don't want to get involved in bulletin bored arguments or talks of politics. I don't no lloyds that well as a company I am purely here for the price action. As I've said this is an incredibly bullish time for lloyds and 90p will be seen here very soon. What happens after that I don't no but big opportunity at present time so I and many others are taking advantage to make considerable money. Make hay while the sunshine as they say

Just log onto spreadex and look yourself. I can't post a link to it as you see the details wheb you come to open a position. It says 92% clients are long and 8% short.

Or it did anyway, it's now 94% long and 6% short

8% of clients on spreadex are short lloyds stock. They'll close soon enough

My prediction is based off probability. The probability of winning the lottery is quite low. The probability of me being correct here is above 80%

Learn to read price action it's well worth it.

I'm just reading price action as I see it.

Called the small volume sell of this morning and said it would rise on increasing volume this afternoon and we would close at or near the daily high which is what is unfolding.

Charts all work on probability so am not always correct however this is a high probability setup with the reverse head and shoulders on the daily timeframe in play.

What we'll see soon is price spurt upwards as stop losses are triggered on shorts and buy orders are triggered by those who placed them just above the recent resistance line of 75p.

Like I said, you will see 90p here quicker than people seem to realise. I'm comfortable with this strong probability setup confirmed across multiple timeframes and with company buying back shares also it has the fundamentals behind it. Good luck all
