Win and Co think they're clever at the moment because they are in and out trading for pennies and not sat on paper losses which is fine that's there way to make money good for them but they run the risk of being out when the inevitable lands so they're living with that risk.

The way the act banging on and on being negative while on the sidelines or short and then go quiet or even positive when they are in and riding the up wave is what is sickening. If she doesn't know which way it will go it's not insider trading accept.it is because the people.at the top are all in bed with politicians etc and hear whispers before anything official is announced. You only need to look at the stellar track records of some of the USA politicians to see what's going on. 1 rule for them and another for rest of us.

Personally I see director sells at such a important inflexion point as a amber/red flag. People are greedy. All she has to do is hold on 8 days then sell for higher if she's that confident. Why isn't she?

No me neither. Groundwork done already.

Just carnt see him joining avacta announcing so publicity and then a week later accounts don't get signed off. He'd wait until after that and be seem as the hero for sorting the mess out otherwise. No No No not the case. Lot to come in next few trading days.

Also, belief it or not but I No someone who know someone that knows him. I asked around yesterday and he has said avacta is "very special proposition". Hope he gets a few more of his mates in. I also fully expect that we've issued our last load of shares to heights ;) ;)

Company can say what they like but price is very telling. I think things behind the scenes not as rosy as management like to pretend.

So heights are getting quarterly payments and with a ever decreasing share price they are issued more and more which now following the last issue they are under water with or were until last 2 days.

It is getting difficult for them to offload if they are wanting to offload each quarter. What do they do at 10p for example. Zero chance of selling them and then as Avacta struggle to attract investment because or the CLN OR get the share price up the outstanding balance becomes a credit risk.

Along come avacta and sayz how about we renegotiate this. We have been good payers so far we need some breathing room and we have all this on the horizon. It's good for us and it's good for you.

I'm sure a agreement can be made and if not then I'm sure big rich and his mates will take the CLN off there hands and just hang onto them.

If the market knows no cln dumps for next year or ever plus accounts signed off as going concern their is every reason to believe avacta make a deal before needing cash again. Who would want to be on the sidelines waiting in that scenario? Not many.

The amount of money Avacta need to get through the audit and into deal-making H2 is peanuts in the scheme of things. Suspect this amount of money is found with a few phone calls in short order. Indeed all that has already probably happened. Myles new about this weeks ago. Lot going on behind the scenes. Volume and price both rising now. Looks to me like the bottom may at long last be in.
