PPinvestor considering you are such a well balanced and successful person I find it surprising that you've found time to post over 8,000 comments - most of which strike me as impatient, ill tempered and illogical.
" they will perhaps pay the Judge to pass it under the table like what they did in the USA". Do you have a single shread of evidence to support this allegation?
Ian H for some reason you genuinely seem to believe that you know all about the legal process ( far more than the teams of highly paid lawyers used in this case) but then you go and post "IIf Cineworld goes into administration what about the staff. They work for Cineworld. Their contracts cannot be changed over. They will need full redundancies to be paid to them". Even I know that is total unadulterated baloney. Genuine question Ian - do you just make stuff up?
I've been visiting this board for a couple of years now and cannot fathom why anybody would have a problem with Hexham when all he has ever done is offered well researched and considered opinions which if anything have erred on the side of optimism. I honestly don't think many private individuals get involved in shorting, moreover nothing posted on here will ever move the share price one way or the other so the continual accusations of ramping /deramping is just nonsense.
The shares will keep getting traded right up until suspension. For example shares in Amigo loans are soon to be worthless but have still increased in value by around 75% over the last month (though still down 99.9% from their peak) and the same story played out with McColls.
I.Mulhare used to give us a daily update on the perils of shorting but for some unknown reason he seems to have stopped offering his insights on the matter.
Dean, I'm baffled by your use of capital letters, Is English Your First Language?
Yes I am self-appointed but really don't care if you sell for a pittance or leave with diddly squat - I just find it amusing.
Poorinvestor still thinks its a fifty-fifty bet, Bonkers thinks its a good opportunity to average down whilst maidit doesn't quite know what to make of terms like Delist but remains cautiously optimistic about the final outcome.
Good work Maidit and I trust you will be snapping up some more shares early next week.
Poorinvestor, how in the name of god can this be described as a fifty-fifty bet? Head or tails is fifty-fifty, if you jump out of a plane without a parachute at 30,000 feet you may or may not survive but that doesn't make it a fifty-fifty chance.
Maidit I know this a discussion forum but don't you ever get tired of posting things like"this is up by 42% - maybe something is happening?"
I am invested here but only to the tune of Β£5k.
I'm beginning to wonder just how far this dog of a share still has to fall.
It goes without saying that I don't know what the share price will be on Tuesday but I'm hoping the hit won't be quite as big as some have predicted - remember this share can drop 3-4% on just an average sort of day. Joking aside I can't think recent events will make any lasting impression on either advertising revenues or the SP.
A deramp attempt? I cannot conceive of any comment that would further lower this share price.
Well Emerald as some LTHs have already posted when you are looking at a paper loss of 99% do you sell for a pittance or hang on hoping for an unlikely miracle?
Well now I don't know what to think. The RNS seems pretty clear cut but I've just bumped into poorinvestor and he still considers this share to be fifty-fifty shot. Think I will reserve judgement till I've read maidits analysis. Could be something, could be nothing, who knows?
I'm clinging to the hope that something unexpected happens resulting in the share price spiking to my break even price of 89p. Fundamentally I fear we've all backed the wrong horse here.
MIKODX, please expand on your MM comment.
