Back to oil, evidently UK oil shares have dropped across the board on the proposed tax news. I wonder if we might have a case against DT and UK politicians for completing trashing our economy and in turn our investments ... It's kind of criminal when you consider the facts.

At least you can take heart that you see good in one of the parties. Does the Monster Raving Looney Party still exist? Hope so, that's about the only one I can truly sympathize with right now, at least they're honest!

Couldn't agree more. I'm more pessimistic - genuinely can't see anyone worth voting for - I'd vote Green if they didn't sound so zealously scary. Lost faith in Lib Dems entirely. Fingers crossed this is a phase we're going through and it too will pass. Though I doubt it right now.
Back to Hurricane, gritting my teeth with the SP trading. Roll on next week!

Not worried about IMO either but clearly that would be an added bonus were it so.

One small note - Lincoln has API 43 and Lancaster API 38 - or at least that's what it says on the Hurricane Website docs.

Nice to see you back. So I knew Hur's oil was 'sweet' and of good, light quality but I hadn't fully appreciated where it stood globally against the benchmark. Glad I hung in there!

Wow! So the penny's just dropped - Lincoln Crestal is confirmed as containing 43 degree API - what is the sulfur content?
WW - likely to be the same. I hadn't quite appreciated the significance.

stix, have checked the link you posted (per Lady Sonia's post) the red light on the left belongs to the lighthouse outhouse buildings, or residential buildings adjacent to the lighthouse. The white light on the right is the lighthouse light, the smaller light below the lighthouse light is on a small boat coming in to harbour.

With the new regulations in 2020, imposing restrictions on the type of oil shipping can now use - I've posed this question before and note other posters on Advfn have asked similar - where do we stand? Thanks to Rhomboid1 on Twitter for the link below:
