They are not likely to go full-on with PR until they go on NASDAQ. Something which is PR in itself.

Happy that Melody 'got to' Napster in the end. It's just their way of doing things.
The company have never put a foot wrong. The gigs will be getting back to normal e.g. Reading/Leeds. And Broadway League are looking towards Septmber - December re the musicals. It's certainly a happier situation than this time last year.

There won't be anything that mentions Melody specifically. The most recent stuff is about their charity donations and (unfortunately) having to let some staff go following furlough.

What is a bit more informative is 'The Broadway League' site, where JGO's COO Lauren Reid, has recently been appointed as chair. Something which won't do us any harm at all.

JG of course still holds 120 million shares , with an option to buy another 44 million by 31 December.
There has never been any suggestion of JG breaking any links with us, either as a partner or a shareholder.

2% of Spotify is about 5 million subscribers. I can't believe Melody/Napster won't manager that. And if they can tip it into profit which Spotify never do, even better.

According the their RNS of 3 February, they were supposed to be posting a circular to all the shareholders.
I never received one and the only way I got to vote was electronically via an email from Interactive Investor who I have recently been transferred to.
You could phone the registrars.
