Can't add much to what I've said before. It's always IMO, and at the end of the day it's a personal decision for all of us.
Covid has caused us problems. Obviously it was never part of Melody's plans.

As far as the back catalogue goes, I don't think a lot of it worked 100 per cent and a lot of the early stuff may not even be compatible with the later Oculus standalones. Again IMO. But the sands have shifted. In 2017 when I first bought shares in Melody, JGO and Napster were unheard of in the sense of being part of Melody's world. Not to mention the partnerships, and all the institutional investors that have come on board. Really a lot has happened.

The SP is unlikely to go anywhere so long as there is an absence of RNSs. IMO, because that's the way it always behaves. In fact from what I have seen that is what AIM stocks do generally - a positive RNS, a spike and then a gradual drift down.

Like others, I do wonder about the PR i.e. where is it? Especially with someone like Nikki Lambert as CMO. I have a thought, and this is just a personal feeling , that her connection with Spotify is not entirely severed, even if only in an unofficial sense. But that is another issue. I think they will put the PR into gear when it is optimum time to do so. No sense in spending money on PR while Napster is not widely known. If Napster's six-month figures are good Melody may well 'leak' the fact, and capitalise on it and probably won't wait until the full six months are up to do so.

As LordFont says, Napster apart. Melody's Asia tie-up, and the JG musicals could prove to be pure gold. The latter gets nearly 15 million customers a year (in a normal year) and has a database of nearly 5 million. Plenty to get Melody started.

One or two points Moon.
1. We now have Napster,whose first 6 months will dovetail with Melody's half-yearly results. Let's just wait and see.

2. Regarding live gigs and musicals, there is nothing that Melody, LN, JGO or anyone else can do about it. The respective UK and US governments ultimately make the rules, and they will it the green light when they see fit. so forget any ad hocs that may happen as a result of Covid, Napster is the only game in town for the time being.

3. Melody have a habit of hitting us with things from left field (in a nice way). Who can tell what they might come up with, or when.

4. Melody have never come up with a 'bad' RNS. Everything they have done has always been positive. Including fund-raising.

5. Far from being an opportunity for Melody, Covid has held them back, particularly with the JGO musicals. Apart from getting one beta show in the can, they haven't been able to get started.

We just have to be patient for a little while longer

Any thoughts about Quickline? There are plenty of RNSs.

This is what this share does Moon. No news, and we've had periods of that , it slips down, regardless of all the positive previous RNSs.

No, the SP won't go anywhere until there is some meaningful revenue. Anyone who has watched this share for any length of time must know this. Until then it will just continue to be a traders' playing field.
Let's at least give Napster the benefit of showing what they can do over their first 6 months with Melody. It will dovetail conveniently with the H1 report due by end September.
Live gigs and musicals will Have to wait longer but *** it's not Melody's fault, is it.? It's not as if they invented Covid !

Without looking LN's figures up, they are not great either. And as for JG, their website said they had to let go staff they had previously furloughed. I bet they enjoyed doing that ! Some are forgetting they have been on lockdown. Not their choice. Not their fault. And not Melody's either.

The RNS of 11 December last shows Davis holding 249,171,192 shares.
The website has been known to play catch-up before now.

That's the point i would make Italian - Napster's numbers.
Their contribution is just starting and H1 revenue is most likely going to be largely down to them.
Decent revenue - it doesn't have to be profit - should see the SP start to perform.
