I'm not trying to steal Mel's thunder, but I have thoughts on M & A.
Hopefully, with the SP where it is, it is out of the question for the time being.

But 2022 should see full or near full numbers from live gigs and musicals, and Napster's streaming.
Hopefully there will be revenue and profit and a PE ratio to hook onto it. The annual report should be out by end June 2023.
Then IMO, there might be serious talk of M & A.

This comes back to Equitory , and M & A is all part of their remit.

As I say, it's all IMO. But realistic.

Whilst I've not been of the opinion that AM should give up his CEOship, I think he should be considering some sort of explanation as to where, in his opinion, this is currently heading.
What advice did Equitory give Napster when they brokered this deal? Because they are paying Equitory to act in their best interests. Right now N & G are holding all the aces. Napster should have a couple of them.

But here's a thought. Potentially how many shares could N & G get with their £8 million investment?
The answer is more than enough to take them to head of the 'leader board'. And the more shares they get the stronger their position will be.
Equitory, Napster, and N & G are all 'on the same side'. Was this what they planned between them from the start?

In actual fact, nobody has been mentioned yet. So who's to say Melody/Napster won't be doing it?

We all will, one way or another
N & G will have been advised by Equitory. We are both their clients.
Apologies for banging on about this as I have been for the last couple of days. But IMO the company is being groomed with M & A in mind. In other words, at some point, Equitory will be looking for a suitor for us. On that basis N & G would want to hold on to all the shares they get.

No doubt he is MrH.
In fact he paid 4.5p for 115m of his 120m shares, so he is only slightly under water, like a lot of us.
Re the options, I'm sure they'll sort it between them. It's not a great problem.
The main thing is to get Broadway working again, which everyone wants. The potential is huge -talking in money terms obviously. But at the end of the day, that is what matters.
