Maybe he is holding out for that. In which case the shares should be suspended.
Unless of course this is one almighty tree-shake so they can snap up as many cheap shares as possible beforehand.

The market is huge. It follows that the revenue/profit is potentially there also. even if they only had 5 million. And I think we could expect a bit more.

Equitory, N & G, and all the rest of our big cousins will have done their forecasts, and come to the same conclusion. IMO. Certainly none of them seem to be panicking.

Personally I can't wait for the new app so that we can get started.

In any case with a total market of 487 million subscribers what percentage do Napster need to be a viable business? It's a huge market. There is enough for everyone.

Incidentally, I've seen nothing about Spotify's biggest headache - Dri(i)ft.
Assuming they haven't lost interest in the so-called partnership, they are still on the starting blocks in the immersive video world.

Longer term, this is being groomed for a take out. AM hinted at it recently.
On the face of it N & G and Equitory look to be running the show between them, and our other 3%-plus holders seem to be happy letting them do it.

I say longer-term. Please not yet with SP currently where it is. But then, that wouldn't be in the interest of any of us, PI's or our bigger cousins.

Maybe that is what they are expecting as well Italian. And they know more than we do.
That's why they seem so laid back about it.

What relevance does the National Theatre have? Melody don't do plays.
All gigs and musicals have been on lockdown since March 2020.
IMO Melody have been brilliant in getting impromptu VR gigs on at all. For example, there would have been no Wireless at all last year otherwise. But far from being a window of opportunity Covid has simply held them back.

I agree with the bit about AM and PI's. I think we all think that. He's probably ended up with more of us than originally bargained for.

The SP won't benefit until we get meaningful news on revenue - it doesn't have to be profit yet.
The app is not not likely to be any nearer than end of Q4. My thoughts are that they are using the extra N & G funds to fill it with content, something which is likely to keep it back.

So our more immediate concern is the 2021 H1 figures, due by 30 September. This will be all about Napster's first six months with us, so very important. But if they are good - and we still have the support of all our large holders who know more than we do - then we might finally have lift -off.

What they have converted so far is encouraging, and further conversion would be even more so.
The re-assurance it gives us is worth the extra dilution.

I think they had their ideas from the start where they wanted to pitch their holding. It is something they would have talked about with Equitory. IMO.

Not received the 2020 report in the post which they were supposed to have sent on Monday. This seems to be the norm now.
