Mel
I'm guessing that maybe someone at he company has been rude to you. If so, there is no excuse for that.
I agree the comms are awful. Melody ended up with far more PI's than they bargained for and the attitude is cavalier e.g. the fundraises via placings. A discounted rights issue would have been the fairest way to do it.
The 20% tanking on Monday didn't make any sense. Normally this would have been associated with a sea of red 'sells'. But it wasn't , and business was two-way not far off 50-50.
So IMO, this shouted out tree-shake, done primarily for N & G, but with others buying cheap shares as well .
I can see AM handing over the wheel eventually, but only in the sense that the company is on course for a take out.
There are clues:-
AM recently mentioned take out for the first time that I can recall in (I think) the last presentation.
The Equitory involvement. Their strategy includes more than just introducing N & G, and M & A is in their repertoire.
Similarly the new NOMADS, who have a specialist M & A department.
The founders' holdings. AM and SH have a fortune tied up in their shares, of which they still hold around eighty per cent of their original total.
All IMO
