Think there’s a lot going on behind the curtain, it may seem like they should have hunkered down and used just heat to make some money and let the share price improve but their duty is to the long term success of the company not just to short term making the shareholders happy. Without an integrated distribution method sales of Justheat could well have been looking to underperform. In theory this acquisition will help us hit the ground running. The fact that its loss making isn’t too relevant as it had been aggressively growing to establish itself in the sector which in theory we can now capitalise on. Becoming profitable may still be some time off but growing revenues will bolster the share price in the medium term. Big dilution sure but if the alternative was a bit of a drift higher followed by weak sales our best case would end up being an unfavourable sale.

Wouldn’t be surprising if it dipped a bit more till next news but equally since oversubscribed there will be some support at 0.5. I took up the retail offer and only got 85% or whatever the number was so will buy the remainder on market as I can’t stand not having a nice round number of shares… can’t be the only one. Right?!

Hainan likely have a trading desk to insulate them from unfavourable spod or hydroxide prices so I doubt they’re too concerned

It’s the perfect crime. They give Kodal $118m to build their trust then sail off into the sunset with $25m of product never to be heard from again.

In all seriousness it is not a straightforward thing to setup that kind of payment out of China, but everything is most likely fine as if it weren’t then legally we should have seen an RNS saying there is an issue.

They can use the acquired company to distribute just heat. One off purchase for massive lead generation to the existing client base

95% was invoiced and is due but it’s not unreasonable that it hasn’t landed yet. It’s a large amount of money that will need multiple departments to sign off on, they have no reason to stall so we just need to be patient. The other alternative is if Kodal want to release a more comprehensive update simultaneously they may be stalling to complete that.

On page 14 of savannah resources shareholders prospectus they have a graph showing lithium producers trading multiples relative to NAV. Kodal appears significantly below average. Note: I haven’t verified the numbers used nor investigated why some other of the names also trade around the same as kodal but hopefully still of interest.. to some

I’ve been stalking this chat for a couple of weeks and the constant negative opinions/ conspiracies are pretty ridiculous. Is the mine operating? Is kodal even involved? Mali?.. Never heard of her.

So I come with speculative optimism that hopefully is less spurious than their nonsense that doesn’t get removed.

Why is the SP dead? The market is waiting for the next RMS the lack of volume is historically a good sign. What we have to remember is that a lot of market participants and algos don’t watch the interviews they just read the RNS and just based on RNS that 45kt number is a big hold up. But we know from the interviews that they shut down in aug/sep to fix bottlenecks and are now seeing much greater output ie we can reasonably assume they are producing. Bernard also clearly stopped himself revealing exactly when nameplate would be achieved in an interview as he can’t reveal market sensitive information outside of RNS but he certainly stays close to the line. So we can also reasonably assume production is at least close to nameplate currently. Now based on that being around 10kt a month and they’ve managed to truck 10kt per week to port we could be quite close to a second shipment (if they go for 30kt again).

So what are we waiting for? I believe once payment has cleared (no it’s not unreasonable this hasn’t happened yet) then there will be an RNS stating payment recovered plant fully operational and second shipment imminent, hopefully we’ll also see drilling result LOM officially extended etc.

I’m acknowledging this is speculation but I’d hope it’s deemed as more plausible than the rubbish from the troll brigade and so won’t be removed.
