well i don't think, as a BBC presenter, Stephen Nolan particularly comes within 'rich and famous' and you may note that the Court awarded him his legal costs as well . so, depending on the stage at which the troll decided to throw the towel in, he could be looking at say another £100k in costs as well let alone his own legal costs. more pertinently in cases on these company blogging boards, typically the plaintiff is the company itself and/or its directors so legal costs are unlikely to be a hindrance to action.
