Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.
This morning's rns completely vindicates everything we've been saying about Ocean Pearl's absurd petition. it's sadly yet another example of how the trolls latch onto any potentially negative story about San Leon, without engaging their brains. how embarrassing :-)
Although it's academic, the prospect of an Order for Discovery is salivating!' even more nonsense from Junkie. disappointing for the trolls but i understand that the winding up petition hasn't even been served yet. that's the problem with thinking that reading the nigerian press is actually research. it obviously isn't and even worse for the trolls is their failure to realise that the petition will never be served, as redeyemines explained recently GT Bank to whom ELI's shares are hocked have to consent and they ain't never going to do that. the trolls would be well advised to take a leaf out of redeyemines' book and do proper research for once. that's all :-)
However, courts will not usually list anything but substantive actions.' usual nonsense from Junkie who as per in his rush to diss san leon fails to engage his little grey cells and spouts garbage. the obvious point he misses is that anyway can start and pursue legal proceedings to trial and appeals. if courts had the power to decide which cases got listed and which didn't that would be predjucial. that's exactly what happens in countries which don't have rule of law like Russia and China. that's all :-)
Billgreen i didn't intend anything by my use of 'imagine' but i hope between me and redeyemines we've answered your question. you will have noted the trolls carry on ignoring these perfectly satisfactory answers.
Hi bilgreen, this isn't the biggy you seem to imagine. it's the second time they have tried but the need approval of their bank Gtb to whom their shares are pledged and have not been able to get it. moreover i understand that san leon don't owe them a penny. meanwhile the trolls will have another meaningless moment with this only to have their hopes of Amargedon for the company dashed yet again. over a few years they have been prophesying the end of san leon and here they still are. quite remarkable don't you think?
Very old news indeed BS. and incorrect as Eroton weren't sacked. this was a neat solution to quite a long running between the parties to the JOA. how typical of this troll to attempt to continue a dissisumation, which had long run out of steam. readers may remember he had originally insinuated that losing the operatorship meant forfeiting their interest in this licence.
My weekly reminder that none of the trolls holds any stock in San Leon Energy. whilst occasionally i can occasionally be over exuberant about my holding here i can assure readers that i wouldn't be holding unless i completely trusted the management and the investment case. if one doesn't hold any stock, the only plausible explanation for posting negatively is that you're employed by a long/short fund and part of your job description is to post negatively about stocks the fund is running a short on. ignoring the criminal illegality of such behaviour you should ask yourselves whether you trust professionally employed dissemblers more than a long term shareholder who has met the management on a number of occasions and has done deep research on the investment case.
I despair for BS, if you're telling the truth which i doubt you clearly don't want San Leon to succeed. if you think about such a proposition for a moment it's not really credible, so you can see why we don't believe you :-)

Extremely unlikely Naibob. one of your many problems is that you keep very poor company, mostly the worst trolls on this board. and i'm sure you know what they say about judging someone by the company he keeps.
The big problem is Naibob that you’re an out and out troll, who like all the others only post on San Leon and negatively (bit of a giveaway that if you don't mind my saying :-). by all means report Sam but you’re wasting your time as his posting isn't defamatory. you might do better in terms of puerile posting to focus on Afake or Junkie for example. that's all other than to say your posting is transparently fraudulent.
No response from BS to my riposte i see and he moves quickly onto another topic but why? it's because he can't answer the unanswerable. that's another clue to his struthian nature (he'll need to look that up) and why you can't trust anything he says. that goes for all the other trolls btw because they're just as bad. time to man-up BS?
Usual BS from BS. also deliberately or otherwise ie deliberately he missed the point as Bluerill obviously wasn't confirming your point but he was correcting him. now we know the trolls don't like being corrected but simply pretending that they haven’t been corrected is both asinine and ostrich like.
Just to remind you all that none of the regular trolls holds any stock in San Leon. you have to ask yourselves what they're about posting here almost daily? the only possible answer is that they work for a long/short fund and part of their job description is to post negatively about any stocks the fund are shorting. now i have absolutely no problem with the principle of shorting which is all part of a healthy functioning market but you need to remember what these guys are about, in other words you can't trust a single word they write -:)
Usual garbled nonsense from 36800. ignoring for the moment that the application to the court is for a 'Norwich Pharmacal order' i've never seen it used for alleged market manipulation and doubt he even knows what that is. what a complete waste of space he is. just to remind readers none of the trolls hold any shares in San Leon .
