we he has ****ed over the shareholders dozens of times in the last few years with huge dilution and substantial losses for al involved, so it did take miss marple to know this was happening and will also happen again in the future.

the whole point of this company is to keep rolling forward with enough potential jam to allow ap to continue to draw down a salary based on shareholder contributions, or at least thats been the case for the last many years.
