Without seeing the intervention program, I would say the change out to ESP will be quicker than that. Once the nodding donkey is off (crane is a big clue as Bug I thin said previously). Pulling of 25ft 2" rods will be very quick prior to pulling the production tubing with infamous downhole pump prior to installing the ESP (thread connection either end and you just torque it up to a specific torque). Then the non-standard operation of connecting the external electrical connection to the ESP prior to running the ESP on more joints of production tubing while securing the electrical connection to the outside of the production tubing (you don't want it to get crimped, or rubbing along the underside of the tubing as the well deviates. Completion fluid / hydrocarbons are unforgiving.....the electrical connection will be tested after so many joints to ensure everything is still Ok).
There is no need to flow test. One the well is brought back on line then the norm is for a 48hr build up phase to prevent the well from plugging up (you don't hit the throttle from the get go).
I would say 1 week.
Don't know why we are installing an ESP on X1, if that is the case, considering the small volumes produced. It doesn't make economical sense to install an expensive piece of equipment when old school nodding donkey can do it for you....every little helps lol
