Reading that RNS it looks like the distribution was going to be an issue of shares, not much of a distribution except receiving shares in another company where we hold less shares. Billy boy is utterly useless and along with him and Gordon they have been lying through their teeth my opinion

Chesy I really do not know what value Gordon Poole brings, Howe is a walking disaster and having dealt with him he is the sort of person you would never want as a CEO. I personally think we would have got better offers but his attitude and arrogance can alienate this company

Disgusting individual, I really liked Tainton, he may have had his hands tied and gave spin, but at least he gave you courtesy. This idiot i spoke to on a call last year and started going aggressive when I asked about debt funding. That is what changed it for me and the cheap sale of Los c.

Thanks cp55, yep had heard about that but not surprised Howe is next to useless lacks the skills and always covers his backside using some excuse as he can not forsee risks and issues that any intelligent person would, in a CEO role.

Not sure what you are talking about here, has something come out? or are you talking about the info Chesy shared. If you are investors, I can add you on my email correspondence to Gordon Poole but need evidence you do hold please. A screen print of your shares held in a account is sufficient, just make sure personal information is not shared. Also please note you should have your voting papers in by now, if not then contact your brokers.

The tactic of this company is Minimal interaction with shareholders, until Howe comes around with the begging bowl which is the only certain thing. Milking shareholders, he has done this for a while and sold Hampton to Metminco for a song and now hiving Los C again into Hampton. Has been paid handsomely. Never has delivered and can not seem to hit targets. Like Chesy said waiting to see what the capital distribution is, but I am not holding my breath, been here too long and see what this company is capable of.

Chesy, I never used to criticise on here and used to get on well with Tainton, who unfortunately moved to sit under Hampton. MY mood changed last year when they were not willing to meet shareholders and I caught Howe out, who sneaked into the country. They will communicate only to shareholders who engage and do not ask the tough questions, they have been stringing us along for far too long and my mood changed when Howe as usual became aggressive, you were not on the call last year, that Eric was on and another, but when I asked about debt financing Los calatos, Howe snapped. Also they have been unwilling to answer the initial terms that was offered for Los C and I assume it was a much better offer than what we have now (What we have now is a poor deal) it says a lot when they are not forthcoming. I am a shareholder and am invested in here and I am not going to take that sort of nonsense from a CEO who at best is under qualified for the role and at best should not be facing off to investors or the market as he has handled everything so badly.

.. but after so much share price destruction by Howe , who has guaranteed one thing lining his own pockets ( look at my posts previously on how much he has made) and Howe has never delivered, does not engage with shareholders if he can help it as he lacks the ability. GLA

Chesy, the listing is not complex, the deal structure is. Howe has been fobbing people off and this is long overdue, as you know they are poor communicating and brainless should have come out with a communications message to reassure status. Without emailing the company, no one would know the progress is happening behind close doors. Not sure what value Gordon has brought into this.

Says it all really, if you have lost that amount of money how are you able to run a business for a number of years. Everyone knows Howe is next to useless.

Hi Simon, Also look at the latest RNS that came out that sets out redfield funding that is different to the original RNS. Redfield brings nothing to the table have a look at their website.

Hope everyone had a great holiday Let's see if we hear anything but I doubt it, any new investors I suggest you wait and see, as a long term holder and have spoken to the board before there are other investments out there worth looking at. I suggest you do your reasearch and check out the history of this company and the current CEO who has taken over $2m last few years plus a nice packet on the sale of hampton to metminco receiving cash and shares whose main asset Los calatos was sold for next to nothing. He has been given an opportunity to explain why over the years he has not taken part in share calls though was paid handsomely , he has not wished to answer that. Any good CEO would Join in to reassure investors and the market, my past dealings with him he has suggested he and the board members are aligned but the bulk of their shares was given to them on the sale of hampton. Tread carefully but everyone has their own decision to make.

All, Not sure, how many of you have voted in the past, but I am sure you all hold via an online broker. You need to contact them and ask to ensure you receive such notifications, I suggest you vote you all have that right and that will ensure your voice is heard.

I would continue , not surprised, Howe lacks the ability to communicate via RNS clearly, so dealing with people on a phone is a stretch, it is obvious that he is out of his depth. Perserverance helps, you can contact Gordon Poole, Investor relations has been outsourced to him. Steve Tainton was Howes buddy but took the time to reply and actually answer what he was able to, Howe is a loose cannon.

Also unlike other investments, Howe is scared to meet his own investors, I have asked for a meeting for UK investors for last 2 years now and he avoids it. He does not like the difficult questions.
