The special distribution was a lie skinny, it was not going to be cash but shares in a company that was hived off that held low calatos, they tried to sell that as beneficial to shareholders as the value would increase. Howe has no clue about running a business he might be a miner but definitely not a CEO, it's like giving a store manager at Tesco the role of CEO without being groomed, operational experience of a company or the skill set to manage stakeholders. The RNS have been poorly written, messages unclear whether this was intentional or deceitfully done had to be on ones perception. I would like to know what was the Los c offer 2/3 years ago and why did mollacas get to where it is, I do not believe the reasons he gave.

In essence it is to allow this c rook to buy your shares on the cheap after you have been funding him as a CEO on a big fat salary. The interesting thing is it is not the option to exit but it is an option to opt in, that is quite telling, you should have the option to exit it if you do not action they will sell your shares. This guy in not fit as a CEO and he along with his cronies have got away with murder. I said here last year, anyone who has dealt with this man can understand how he has alienated he company from settling the mollacas deal, his attitude, unprofessional behaviour and abrasiveness can annoy anyone and that is what he has done. Also as we have sold Los calatos at a massive loss and we have got nowhere to value (by the way this guy sold Los c to metminco and made a huge packet and became CEO of this company) we should know what was the offer on the table, he has been hiding this and using the veil of NDA it is absolute tosh.

I have warned you about Howe for a long time , many of you were agreeing he should not have been allowed to have done this

I don't share you optimism bobby as you can tell :) I might be dwelling on the past but look at it like this Howe has failed badly wasted a lot of money unnecessarily, can not interact with investors and when he does he alienates himself and that is why I am negative about him when I never was and had a goood relationship with Tainton. If he can do that with his own investors look at what he can do with prospective buyers. I personally think he could have cut a deal with mills as but he is an absolute prat. I don't think they did and hence change the terms of the deal. Also Howe has never bought any shares in this business until very recently. I think change in management is needed and Howe is held accountable wasting time and money on studies for Los c and what the original deal offer was which he is hiding from us. I wish I do share your optimism, but I have been right about this and you can ask geoff and chesy. I agree being pessimistic does not help nor make any difference to the share price, but people need to be aware about mgmt as well as company.

Bobby, Far too little far too late for me. Los c was royally messed up with the amount of money spent on it, ask Howe to tell you how much was offered for Los c a few years ago, he won't and that is very telling.

He is squandered money, has no clear strategy keeps waivering in a few years down the line I expect him to say we are now a lithium miner. Paid handsomely brings nothing to the table unfortunately.

No I declined bobby I set that up,he and Gordon changed the original agreement they could not handle a few investors on one call. Says a lot about their integrity. I was on a call with him and geoff and another investor early last year that was the second time I came across him. I knew then he was out of his depth just speaking to him.

Hi Simon I have conducted AIM but I have learnt it is a crooked market, they won't do anything, except wecwill investigate,Might try sfo. Well that is the issue with Los c We had an offer before but because of some confidentiality agreement they can't tell there own investors that is bs. How much has been spent last few years since that rejection. Look at Howe accumulation of shares and sale of his company, which had Los c within its portfolio that is interesting reading. Has been paid far too much and has no clue on strategy has failed last number of years why believe him. In my opinion there is a word you could call him based on his integrity, which he has none. For the last 2 years I have asked him to meet uk investors but he won't , I found out last year he was secretly coming to the uk.

You are not far from that statement. AIM is useless don't expect anything they are toothless and allow companies like Metminco screw over PI's, I advise anyone not to touch this company it is run by a man called William Howe who lacks credibility and people skills.

He is a parasite as I have said he lacks intelligence and integrity my opinion
