Can only read between the lines but i think that indicates we have spare capacity in manufacturing.

I'm also unsure how the deal with PHE/NHS gets reported. Does the June figure contain any of that amount or is the June figure on it's own merit.

The winter multiplex could well be the winner from all of this. It could turn into an evolving and adjusted test for each season and region. I have a feeling they will be taking viruses a lot more seriously now and will be wanting to understand what viruses people are suffering from and its spread. No government wants to get caught out by this or something similar again

I have no idea if these rumours have much substance or not but you also have to consider what the buying company think future revenue will be. The buying company may have better contacts and established agreements with countries around the world meaning that national testing programmes could include multiple countries and regions. Our current projected revenue could be x10 for a larger company

Testing is the only way to prevent local lockdowns or to prevent prolonged ones. It's vital to get the economy back up and running and keep it up and running.
Due to the very really possibility of asymptomatic people spreading the virus you would have thought regular testing of all hospital and care home staff is vital as these are the prime locations of at risk patients

Thanks for sharing gggg 21. This is the beginnings of revenue streams beyond the current crisis.
The world is waking up to the need for proactive testing to prevent or mitigate future outbreaks be it covid or the next virus.
It's also good that they are making more of an effort for flu virus and trying to prevent that spread

I'm unsure how many extra tests will be coming our way due to this. I don't understand what decision making process is in place for the testers. Do they have a list to chose from? A lab with a big supply already there?

I also don't think this will be the last of the vouchers. I have a feeling each outbreak will also result in a testing voucher scheme for our French cousins
