MrH, based on your response, I can safely assume you’ve never stepped foot in the audit world. Crowe UK couldn’t form an opinion on the accounts due to insufficient evidence for material costs. Not being able to form an opinion as an auditor is a big no no. Hence why they stepped down.

This isn’t AIM rules. It’s the fundamentals of IFRS reporting. Go to chat bot and ask the following:

It shows the level of intellect we deal with in here that some are applauding the RNS today. Just unfiltered a few and I am glad I did as it is comical.

They're saying it shows confidence that the BoD have "bought in"... completely false.

Fact 1: They haven't bought in. They have had to be paid in shares as they have no cash for their Q3 2025 invoices.

Fact 2: They released an RNS yesterday knowing full well it will cause the SP to go down.

Fact 3: Lo and behold, creditors and directors are given shares at a discounted SP the next day.

Once again, no information as to who or what these creditors are. Once again, stick it under the admin costs.

What i do know is, they started mining Bonanza when the SP was 3.75p (0.0024p converted 1500:1). Current SP is 0.46p. Down 88% in my calculations.

It was halted due to rain. No damage or anything to the mine. They even told us they maintained skeleton staff at the mine to commence operations. So, again, why did mining not recommence? We were never told. They already carried out extensive work at bonanza to be able to commence mining in 2024.

I hold my hands up, I’ve never got the hard hat on and ventured into a gold mine, but, if extensive fieldwork has been carried out after multiple fund raises, i would not be halting production because we found more gold 😂

We were told yesterday by our resident expert, Paddington (aka MrH), that they “can’t just crack on mining due to Peruvian laws” (if someone can quote these, great..).

Does this mean laws weren’t abided by in 2024? Or was the above just an excuse for 2025 delays?

It’s 51,000 oz total attributed to Bonanza and Morocotta.

The initial data released in 2024 was for Bonanza only (Morocotta wasn’t acquired until Dec 2024). We were never told how much they estimated at Bonanza, only Tesoro as a whole.

Anyway, they started mining Bonanza a year ago. They have stated that Morocotta is on hold (sole focus is the new “Bonanza Vein Study”).

Studies were completed at Bonanza over a year ago. Refer to Echo RNSs 13th and 18th September 2024.

You’re telling me, with the ounces increasing slightly, they needed a full year (and more yet) of research and plans to recommence mining?
