Yes, I was told they do not believe it is a statutory requirement to explain admin costs, and that it related to "rent, insurances, legal, IR, travel costs, secretarial to salaries".

I was asked not post such info to chat forums, but I believe the above isn't privileged information. Especially when my email chain was shared with other investors....

Taken from he official IFRS IAS1 - 97:

"When items of income or expense are material, an entity shall disclose their nature and amount separately."

There was no information given on current/future plans. It was a request for a breakdown of the admin fee costs:

2022: £2.9m

2023: £1.2m

2024: £1.4m

None of which had any accompanying disclosure notes in the FS. It is a statutory requirement under IFRS to provide a breakdown of material expenses. Considering the main expenses (director fees and cost of sales) are provided on another line... I was curious as to what these amounts entailed. And I'm surprised other "investors" aren't too.
