Downagain, you're free to think it is for that of course. But, I'm just going from the quotes of the Chairman in this below:

Downagain... there was nothing stopping NTVO doing fund raises before the GM. It did plenty of them.

The £970k was stated specifically for "opportunities" and to "unlock" the next stage of NTVO. This is, in my own opinion, why I have assumed more is on the way.

Fergal et al.... you seem to persistently say how much this is primed to pop. Constantly commenting on trade activity etc. But always seem to avoid critical thinking of a company you apparently have thrown money into.

Eg. Does it not concern you that the Chairman doesn't think that £1.4m of expenses for a penny stock is material and that it isn't a statutory requiremen to report it?

Simple auditing standards under IFRS.

Relevant extracts of IAS 1 include the following (listed by paragraph number):

“Information to be presented in the statement(s) of profit or loss and other comprehensive income or

in the notes

97 When items of income or expense are material, an entity shall disclose their nature and amount separately.

The GM circular also states £970,408.19 (seems very specific):

A word of caution, Downagain, they also said that fieldwork expected to start end of Aug-25 and be finished by the end of September 2025.

But, they shortly after said: quote "further sub-surface works to identify ore shoots for initial targeting, expected to take four weeks, cannot proceed until adequate funding is secured".

Neither the fieldwork or confirmation of funding has been confirmed yet.

If you're being petty... I didn't say you said now.

I asked why would they cash them in now.. as you insinuated that's where the remaining funding would be sourced when I asked about the remaining £570k..

Any evidence or just speculation that the warrants "will almost certainly be all getting cashed in shortly"?

Why would they cash them in now? If, as you say, this will be 1p in the near future?

Either way - yes let's all celebrate another discounted dilution.

Well at least you're both leaning towards agreeing that an update is needed.

Interesting we weren't provided with anything to confirm placing submission as promised.

You guys will blame anyone and everything than actually calling out the company for not giving updates...

3 weeks since the GM to "unlock the next stage of Nativo's growth." Radio silence since.

£400k placed and no updates for the remainder £570k. "Subject to the passing of the resolution, it is anticipated that application will be made to the London Stock Exchange for Admission to become effective, and dealings to commence, at 8.00 a.m. on or around 8 October 2025. A further announcement will be made confirming Admission."

A funding update is needed before an operational update I presume (based on Chairman's words - not "deramping")

Although they've had plenty of false promises....
