The board, along with its advisers and principal backers, has been assessing a number of targets since the termination of the ITS transaction, however, we have not considered any to be of suitable quality to pursue to a heads of terms.

When we have found a suitable target for an RTO and are in a position to share this information, we will, of course, make the necessary announcements.
