I get what you're saying Guzzler, but he bought on on the 8th Aug, and the TR1 was issued the same day. It spiked 11th August, so I'm not seeing how that would be possible.

My rough calcs for transparency (only in my opinion of course based on data provided - and based on the last RNS about processing plant not available until next year):

Again, decent profits. But some of the figures being posted earlier are misleading with no supporting evidence.

Gold sales price ($4133 * 85%) = $3,513

Grades (avg. 15g/t) = 0.53oz per tonne

Production rate (meet you at 20tpd considering they said 25tpd in full prod.) = 20tpd

Recovery rate = 90%

Revenue per day = $33,500

Cost (based on avg. AIC cost of current Peru miners) = $1,750 per ounce @ 20tpd

Cost = $18,550

Profit per day = $15k

Profit per month = $464k

Profit per month (GBP) = £356k

This is profit from operations and excludes other company costs

Guzzler, Edwards holding hasn't ever reduced (expect for dilution).

Only other scenario would have been to have sold on the day it spiked and bought back in...but in that case there would be no gain for him?

Where are you getting £40,000 profit per day from?

Even at an optimistic 85% spot rate sales price, and 20tpd, profit is still £13,600 per day.

However, I'm still unsure why there wasn't a Tr1 for Adrian Crucefix assuming they have changed threshold too. Maybe they bought more on the same day to maintain their % ownership?

3% threshold at the time was 9.6m, but the 3% threshold is now 15.4m..

At the rate it's going I might buy another few % albeit that'll take me into the TR1-threshold... it's unbelievably cheap down here.

I do think it is a 50/50 punt for any new entries this week. Any news next week that doesn't provide clarity on production and you'll get investors losing interest. Regarding some posts being "tragic", I think quite a few have an underlying motivation due to previous posts from some users ;D

Posts such as the below at a time when the price was touching above 0.80p.

But, to answer their question:

Dec-24: 61.7bn shares @ 0.0027p = £1.6m mcap

Today: 514m @ 0.365p - £1.87m mcap

From an Pi perspective, if they held 500m shares at Dec-24, it would have been worth £13,500. Today, that same investment would be worth £1,217, -91%.

And also as to why there was no TR1 for Adrian? Would've assumed they were subject to the change too.

Iceman... I think we're on the same page here. I'm not disagreeing with what you're saying. It was more aimed at the constant posts of current Gold spot prices and that NTVO will "8 bag shorty". I was simply posting short term figures from RNSs.

I agree, long term, this has the potential. But costs need to be trimmed - there was $5.5m over past 3 years, of which we were only told $1.5m related to wages.
