They covered the ferry at last year’s AGM. Felt that they had to do it to keep the SL contract or something. Putting upfront capital into Iran was perfectly acceptable given the JCPOA. It’s not like Ttump’s decision was the obvious next step. Also you have to take risk to make money in this business.

They said the same thing last year about proof of shareholding, but never asked for anything on the day. Suspect this will be the same.

Foxy: I’ll be going. I think I’ll be a tad harsher on them than last year. I don’t really care about Iran. That’s out of their hands and I have kind of discounted it totally. I thought the share had too, that’s why I’m surprised it’s off a little with more negative Iran news. I want to know more about the Africa deal (not places and names, just progress and timescale). I also want to ask about the existing MOUs and how many they (we’ll actually a normal person would) consider genuinely live.

Thai...that’s not a direct quote from the FDA. That’s management’s interpretation. I’d read nothing into it. The FDA doesn’t work like that. They wouldn’t say have another trial and we’ll approve. They’ll say they need another trial and then could approve if results are favourable.

Sadly I think there will need to be dilution. And still absolutely no guarantee that this will ever get approval.

This is now a much longer term play. AMP should just sell it all. They don’t have the pockets to last this out.

I really don’t get where all this talk of a few days to release comes from. It will categorically be material and so needs to be RNSd. I have amate who was a NOMAD on AIM and he assures me that it’s hours rather than days that are expected for release to the market. When they know, we’ll know.

Good analysis. I just don’t get stop losses on AIM. As you say they’re a chocolate tea pot on really bad news as they’re not guaranteed.

I’m obviously Hoping that this thing flies on a positive RNS. But if we do it will go down as a perfect example of the risks of leveraged investing.....AMP could have made a killing but may well end up with nothing material from MTFB

Selling now could be a very sensible thing to do if we get a negative rns. But there is no reason to sell today rather than yesterday or last week.....if you were in last week you may as well stay in for the long run. As I’ve said before, beds are made....just lie down.

I’m not convinced it’s a hard 30 deadline. The RNS said it’s typically released within 30 days.

It means nothing The remuneration was advisory so I assume they’ll ignore it and pay themselves what they like. Let’s face it. Either the company is going under in which case who cares what they’re paid, or the share price will rocket in which case all will be forgiven.

Why would it impact the share price if it’s just saying that the resolutions got passed as per usual?

The downside is linseed limited.....to 100% of your holding. But seriously, I think this would tank pretty hard on option 3. The dilutionyo findfurther trials would be huge at such a low share price.
