Where is DHC complaining that our share price hasn't halved in 3 days because PF didn't pump it up with spurious Coronavirus RNSs?

6 more trading days this month....call me an optimist, but i'm going for a late March RNS - gives me a few weeks to get in my 15th "final top up"

Feeks: i was joking. it was a dig at Vander for his failed attempt to be post negative news which actually seems to be quite positive. I have no issue with Vander at all, but i doubt he's suddenly going to be posting bullishly . he's like Phil and a more negative version of Foxy...clearly invested so will be happy when it pops, but posts bearishly.

Philip: do you think this falls if nothing is announced in February?

i would see it as a disappointment that another "soft target" was missed. That said, we're only 0.5p up from where we were before the January update that mentioned February. Yes, it could fall further out of annoyance with PF missing again, but i kind of feel that so little is priced in here that i'm not sure it makes much difference if it's a feb or march announcement......the latter is better for me as i'll have my bonus by then.

Mad: no, share price will rise and fall depending on expectations of profits or losses.....but totally agree that nothing that you post on here (other than links to information that isn't in in the general investor universe) has any impact on share price.....that's why DHC dislikes me...because i keep calling him out on his incessant ramping .

if you want to real "total bull" then have a look at NCYT - just random 1 liners like "boom", or "this is going £5" "this will be £10 tomorrow" etc etc

Foxy my love: i don't know anything about them, but i would be surprised if they could manufacture and sell enough tests to warrant such a market cap in the period before this virus gets under control....but i know next to nothing about how these viruses spread or how easy the tests are to manufacture. to be fair, they may now have a reputation for this sort of work and be valuable for future outbreaks of other viruses.....but i suspect that many of people pushing it up to £2 a share (from 13p at year end) don't know either.

But H&N: you're forgetting that you are a level headed investor who has done his research, met management and has invested heavily (but not excessively) in a company that you believe in on a long term, fundamental basis.

You need to think about it from an overly emotional perspective; where despite your incessant ramping for months on end, the shares are simply not moving. then another share (that you've have been correct to stay clear of for the first 2 years of it's life as it's done nothing but fall) suddenly goes boom and your emotions get the better of you. you search for the slightest glimmer of light that your beloved share could be the same....but nothing....so you lash out.

All in my opinion, humble as it be.

I misinformed him when I said that the shard didn’t have scanners. They do....but only for guests. Not for staff. But the scanners are older than the London Bridge attack and not seemingly in need of replacing.....so I still don’t think we’ll be getting any orders from here sadly.

I hope he enjoyed his holiday, despite Novacyt being up another 30% today.

Phil, i don't think there any maybe about it. I can see the good things he's done with a very small company (Iran was a great effort, Tema seems like a brilliant opportunity and he did sterling work in Lungi through the Ebola crisis) ....but i honestly believe that a large part of the share price nonperformance is not just the lack of delivery, it's the many many failed "promises". whilst i know he never actually promises anything, the hints and optimism simply haven't led to anything material and it happens so often.

that said, i've added 204,000 shares since the AGM and at a much lower price than i would have if the market didn't have such a low opinion of PF. so in the long run it will hopefully be good for me.

Just reread the Jan trading update.....now i know that looking back, most of their updates look great (even some of the boat ones!), but there really is a lot in there that could be great over the next 12-24 months. i totally see why the market is not remotely pricing in any of that potential (quite rightly so on the conversion record) but it does feel a little different his time (not for any tangible reason)

yrabs - yes, but not too bothered if it slips to March....i'm still concerned that the market will only give us 10-15p rise as reward sadly. but it could be a great stepping stone for real lift off if either KSA or the missing African MOU come through
