i completely agree. get one signed and sealed and the market will price some of the potential in. Sign a second and then the pipeline starts to actually mean something.
you'd also hope that with a few large airport contracts there could be a reasonable amount of cross selling of tech as well.
i personally think that this is a massively undervalued company, but i can't blame the market for a second for not pricing in after years and years of disappointment.
if this signs and goes to a pound i'll be looking back thinking "why didn't i own even more? why didn't i sell out most of my other shares? why didn't i lever up? it was so obvious that this was going pop"
equally if it fell through and the shares dropped back to 5p i would be looking back saying "i know what management said, by why oh why did i believe them? they hadn't delivered in the 6 years that i owned it, what was i thinking? it was so obvious!!"
i know that's the nature of hindsight, but i'd say with this shares it's very easy to be hugely bullish or think it's a complete crock.
