Day after day these share price moves just look so manipulated. I think that they are trying to condition sellers to the idea that 30p is the best they are going to get. Try not selling and let’s see how high they take it!

The idea of the yanks saving the day is usually poo-poohed on this board, but imagine if the next RNS was to announce that we had found a clever short cut to an NYSE listing - in much the way that 4d pharma did recently!

This promotion, combined with the Abingdon Health IPO will certainly be putting Avacta in front of numerous institutions at a time when it is very attractively priced. In fact it’s a value investment compared with pre Pfizer news, so very much of interest to the Buffet style investors.

@Starbright, Avacta is being promoted from the micro-cap to small-cap index, putting it onto the radar of many more fund managers. Plus Avacta has obvious potential for strong ESG credentials, given the life-saving nature of its business.

They are such amateurs. They don’t know what they are getting themselves into trying to deramp this share. Do they really think that the good ship Eurasia will be blown off course just because they have made a small tear in a sail or hidden an oar? We are made of sterner stuff. Surely if our news was about any kind of tie in with the Moderna vaccine, it should have been announced alongside the Moderna vaccine announcement. As was the case with Deepverge sewage test for example. SP would have received significant protection.

The other question for Intrepid is ... do you think the share is currently being held in a tight trading range while institutional investors are stocking up ahead of the big news announcement/admission to MSCI Small Cap Index? We see exactly the same thing going on at EUA.

Can we make PPE instead? Perhaps not, but as previously discussed, I’m sure we could use neutralising Affimers to create mouthwash and nasal sprays and other preventative applications at some stage in the future.

Risk, disagree. For as long as there is global travel, there will be a need for testing. We may achieve global herd immunity for this coronavirus and it’s mutations, but it’s obviously only a matter of time before the next one.
