Note - some chat about large offers being posted. This is good if true. I wonder what ii or pi's are going to offer.

Now if we were to get some big offers at 20,30,40p plus there won't be much stopping this (if we are talking about highest bidder placing price) with just 114m shares in issue after the 8m placing for our company is absolutely peanuts. I have been doing some calc's tonight and looking at the assets / the Esgy data captured 300 gas wells - 28 of high significance in 250,000 acres (lithium and gas being the forefront of this business IMO) then 2036 acres of oil mutual interest acreage, so we had 1 x well doing 400bopd back in April, we had a second that was doing approx 200bopd before running into issues, plus two other wells (im not sure they were tapped into as of yet). So imagine how much MCAP this new PPP will reach with just 114m shares in issue!

Its not going to be completely smooth sailing but i think we can hit upwards of 75m mcap relatively easily. PPP can be with their assets a 100m mcap company, Not straight away but not too long away either. I think depending on the share price bidding, plus any operational news to bolster the sp should see this open at 30p plus IMO. I think, if Lunn means well for us shareholders he will get the bidding price and renegotiate the gv deal and hopefully get ppp relisted back trading again within the Jan/Feb latest.

Today's rns was pretty good, i hope Lunn pulls this off for us shareholders, we deserve some good fortune after this. Equally this is an opportunity for lunn to prove he is not out to take the company private, nor fleece us. He would make more money running this as a plc, the petroquest loan can be paid off before dec 25 (if not extending it for a short time and pay off using raises and this auction style bidding)

The assets must be good for him to have confidence in this placing & raising the 8m, i suspect we will hear before the 7th of january on these taken up and sold. Hopefully some high bids come in. At the end of the day if someone is prepared to put money down as high as 30,40p then this will go to the "moon" IMO.

Rob 50, im here reading the comments..... the pathetic group was not including myself. I WANT LUNN TO DO US PROUD but i am still very wary of him. We need to see accounts signed off asap plus this sp raise and think it will then do the world of good for us.

I said this before, it would make more sense for Lunn to run this properly as a plc and get it relisted, it's a circa 100m MCAP company once the GV deal is in physical motion and royalties incoming. The acreage is large and the potential is huge. Perhaps he doesnt want the fight this time, if we can get a date of relisting plus a high share price bidd then we will be absolutely rocking coming out of suspension, still 20-30p will be on especially If bidding gets to near 20p! It would suit everyone involved to be relisted with a high sp raise too. Come on Lunn do the right thing for us, get this relisted in jan along with big sp raise (circa 20p plus hopefully ) and he will gain many votes. But we need to see action and relisting IMO asap

Good morning all, so this is something I've never been involved with an auction in a company I've been invested in. So it seems like decent news? A placing price of MINIMUM 9P, that's a good bit of business, the bid could well go as high as they are prepared to?

So 9m is a good price for minimum, so we are looking at some quite good placings now, 12p, 9p minimum so no doubt 11 or 12p again or higher I bet. Probably upto 15p+

That's a good sign, I wonder if there are investors who are interested behind the scenes, that means globalvision must be doing some work (I already know they've been anyway)

Interested to see where this goes, I don't think PPP are down and out, but we need some good guidance from the bod and steer the ship back. PPP could make a monumental come back in 2025. Dealer is right a target of 30p is easily achievable - we all sure deserve it after a tough five months

It's time for action soon guys, all of us invested in good faith because of the RNS's. If it means collectively taking this into our own hands then we must. If that's an EGM then so be it.

I don't know about you but I'm willing to give Stephen Lunn two weeks to see where his heads are and see what else comes out. If I don't see anything of substance then I'm happy voting Tom back in with a refreshed set of bods with proven track records.

The oil, the gas and the lithium is still there, so ask yourselves why has this power struggle started happening once Lunn came in? Well, he is no stranger to this dance but this time he's dancing with us, he needs to be careful and make sure that the interests of the pi's are at the most importance. Not Petroquest. To me that's a massive conflict of interest but let's see what comes of that scenario.

The fundamentals haven't changed, the GV deal must have been completed because Globalvision BOUGHT OUT NOBEL plus GV have included PPP on their website and stated the nobal buyout as recent news.

So, is Lunn lying???!!! I think we are unpicking that Rns on telegram slowly but surely

I'm sorry Delta I have to disagree with you. This is main market and the many eyes will be on this. The British government wants us to invest in this, if this goes south then the world is watching I'm afraid, there are people with contacts at the FT waiting for the news from Tom and Lunn... Like I said I'd be very careful if I were Lunn, and try to get the company back on track and trading. Also as for your comment, if we have been frauded then we will have to get out money unfrozen, it would not end well for the LSE, the amount of noise we will make / I will make will be insane. Not to mention prison time for all three of them should it be found out to be completed fraud. I'm hoping this is just some disagreement and hoping that it can all be resolved.

As for the Esgy, that was all part of the deal hence why it has huge relevance. For every oil well pumping 1000bood equates to around 10m MCAP based on current oil prices, so 2036 acres to drill in! We have four wells currently....

So even if four wells hit 500bopd that's 20m MCAP WITHOUT calculating the gas and lithium.

Hi Greg no I don't think it works like that, PPP are just accountable for the 2m, now that can be paid back in a number of ways even by shares. PPP assets with Gv could be huge , I'd take the 2m shares and then cash in once It got to 50p for example because once everything is flowing and revenues are incoming with the size of the AMI 50p share price would be quite easily achievable, remember a producer of oil gas and lithium, 300 gas wells on Esgy survey plus the 2036 acres for the oil fields. It's pretty vast

Gwilliams if that was not true and it is fraud then all pi's should receive their invested money back. It is unfair otherwise.

Sheltie - it can make life changing money, if the deal is a goer and everything is sorted out then why can this not make fantastic shareholder value? The assets are worth circa 150m , if you calc all the wells on Esgy survey then 150-200m is about right. Either way 10m MCAP is still too low imo

Gord, if we have been frauded then pi's must get all of their money back. Unfair otherwise. Lots of people with high up contacts such as Financial Times that have been informed (or will be) and we will make a big deal about this. No pi should be allowed to lose a penny (if we are frauded) .

Right anyway merry Christmas all, let's hope all of this improves and we are back with a bang in 2025 q1. Relisted, GV deal sorted, new CEO, debts arranged, lithium gas and oil flowing, and a whopping (up) re rate to match. Where we deserve to be, circa 50m MCAP min.

And GV website states that Pennpetro are partners, also GV completed the acquisition of Nobel petroleum !

Thank you Stuart. I do want the best for all shareholders, I'm trying to put my view across and some info, to share with users here but whatever they want to believe or do is Upton them.
