CTSFO, the accounts were held by Lunn. Hence why when he magically came on board there the accounts document were found. This was through the old CFO Anton. Anton had links to petroquest I think

The delays were caused by Lunn imo, DYOR on that

Rob50, Lunn has a history of closing down companies, stealing the assets. The shareholders will not allow it this time. Second of all of we are all frauded then we should get our money back then. The amount of eyes on Lunn, he needs to be sweeky clean.

I don't think you realise, Tom is going to release things soon that will or should help his cause. Ive seen a bit of proof of works in Texas so GV deal not going ahead is BS. I can't say anymore but Tom with Another New director will do brill.

Rob 50 I am not saying Lunn is stealing our money, I'm trying to explain why Tom would be a better fit. The Globalvision CEO and tom are good friends. Robert Menzel, let's vote him onto the board with Tom and hopefully clear up any debt

We don't need to clear the debt right away, there's no reason for insolvency or bankruptcy. Tom has already told me directly that bankruptcy was never an issue anyway when I queried that.

Guys THIS IS NOT OVER! I have been thinking about this, will Lunn take this private or can he without getting 75% votes?

Also with so many eyes on Lunn (main market plus thousands of investors, LSE officials etc) I would be very on the ball if I were Lunn.

No investor here deserves to lose a penny because we all invested in good faith as per the rns's. So I think this will be resolved IMO, whether Lunn and Tom settle their differences appropriately or whether or not we find out more from Lunn about Tom and we hear from Tom about Lunns plans.

What I do know is Tom stepped down because he wasn't happy with what Lunn was suggesting, he felt he could challenge the board if not as CEO, I am looking forward to hearing Tom's side.

This is not over, if this gets resolved we are still sat with Globalvision on a potential few hundred million dollar asset. We have pro oil and gas government now in office too. If this gets resolved and we return to trading with all this behind us then we will absolutely rocket, due to the fact that any wrong doings have been put behind us, any mishaps or anything negative will be sorted. The loan may well be needed repayment by December 2025 but that could be paid back in a few ways (so no need to default the company)!

1) could be paid back with a mix of royalties and a few raises

2) loan could be paid back in full with another loan, hence getting petroquest off our backs and have nothing to do with us anymore once and for all

3) bring in another partner to help fund the deal

There are respectful and logical ways of solving this Mr Lunn. If you are reading, why would you take everyone's livelihoods from them? When you can do this the right way and get the company trading again and everyone can prosper here.

Did you guys know that the potential here is probably 150-200m $ asset? Maybe more. So 4m loan is naff all, seriously. We need to wake up to the fact that Lunn may be trying to take this all for himself, with so many eyes watching, we hope he does the right things, that will be a good day for shareholders and ppp, when they are back trading again with GV and the oil, gas and lithium flowing. From a Minnow to a solid good sized producer.

None of us shareholders can let that opportunity go. If it means voting Lunn out then so be it, but he has time to prove he's not out to screw us - I want to see how Lunn plays this.

Goodluck all. imo this will become very good in the new year, 2025 will be a fantastic year, if Tom gets back in with perhaps the CEO of Globalvision on the board then that would be a formidable partnership. Robert Menzel and Tom allegedly work well together, we should look into this.

Like I said, Lunn has a chance to prove hes there for us, let's see what Lunn does in the next couple of weeks.

I actually don't think it's a con at all (as far as I know and have seen) the GV relationship is mainly between GV & Tom. I think Stephen Lunn has almost inherited his position due to the leverage of the loan. This can all be resolved amicably. We could be trading again and if all resolved we are set to have a fantastic 2025. I've had some good discussions with some top holders & everyone is positive of a good outcome. Lunn could well play this fairly and get us back trading again, with debt payment plan agreed and accounts signed off, then next year would be amazing SP / business wise..... The question here is, will Lunn be good for us or not? Or do we vote in who we think will do best for the business and for us shareholders?

Rob 50 - you are making a huge mistake imo. We have certain contacts and info that you do not on LSE, just be careful with selecting Lunn. Be extremely careful.

M22C you have offered nothing to the group except abusive behaviour. I don't think you are invested. Why not share your holding ? It might just be the difference . I dont think you've done your research imo on Lunn

ATrades if its fraud then we need our shares removed and money returned. Thats the only fair way.

Olof - is a bit of a leech, doesnt offer much and i believe he will be bad for pi's, he will probably back Lunn, Lunn will most likely want all the assets of ppp, then take private, Tom however does not want to take private and wants to get back trading again and theres new recommendations of Keith Elderman to come back and do a duo with Tom, under Tom and Keith the sp was £1.30 per share or more. Globalvision also have good relationship with Tom & Keith. Even if Keith wasn't interested then we could find someone else. What it is Kong, Anton the old ppp financial officer was friends with lunn and had soen shares in petroquest, so he inherited his position (almost bullied) his was onto the board (from what i have researched and heard) .

I would love for Lunn to be a good person and not screw us over but im very wary of Lunn as are a lot of the telegram group, you guys make your own minds up.

Hence under the right leadership ppp will be firing all cylinders for 2025.

Tebbin, Olaf rapp doesn't offer much and I'm not sure if he is good for pi's or not however it was mentioned that he and Lunn are voted off at the AGM and we vote in who we want. Quite a few are looking to vote Olaf out

Tom is "gone" for now but if we hear his side we can vote Tom and others into power if we do believe they can push us forward and have a fantastic 2025.

It sounds like I'm taking a side but at the moment I want to hear Tom's side first because at the AGM that's the most important one of all for all of us and the company IMO right I'm off for tea & biscuits
