If Lunn wants to prove to shareholders he means we'll then he will do just that asap to prove he's not out to F us all over and show us that he means business - in a good way. And the right man for the job.

I am by no means thinking this is dead or anything like that but I am annoyed that we are having these discussions so close to potential accounts signed off & been expecting operational updates this week or something good

Why now? Has this Lunn / tom power struggle started to rear it's head? Why has Lunn automatically got tom to resign??? It's not fair that we have to be put through this, the deal was done on July 31st so why has Lunn decided to cause a rift????

Well to keep it simple, I think its the Deal. It seems that Lunn wants all the royalties and assets for him and Petroquest, hopefully he wouldn't take it private because that's a kick in the balls tbh and again unfair and very misleading. I'm extremely annoyed and tad confused by it all.

.we need this AGM sorting asap but we need to see accounts signed off, global vision needs to give us some update too. I 100% believe PPP will come good but I as a shareholder want clarity please what's going on.

We have the opportunity of a lifetime here, if it needs tom at the helm then he gets my vote. I don't know Lunn and his associates but I just see Lunn as something AND MOTIVES not good for OUR Interests. I could be completely wrong here and he might have no ill intentions but I'm not willing to play about here.

I'm backing Tom. I can't / we can't risk what Lunn will do next, what happens if Lunn wants to take PPP private, I'm not having that. Greed / money is the route of all evil I'm afraid.

Once this is sorted and we have clarity I think we will see the engines lighting here once and for all. It's been too long.

We could have done without this but here we are. GL all, hopefully all will be fine in the not too distant future.

I'm extremely disappointed since yesterday, we shouldn't be having these conversations really. There's obviously been a bust up between Lunn & Tom.

We need this resolving asap. But we need accounts signing off too, as well as operational news & resuming trading asap with good news.

I'm just not sure If Lunn has bad intentions or not. I'm wondering if this dispute is causing the delay in accounts, GV need clarity? Either way I'm just a bit deflated and annoyed and frustrated right now not knowing if Lunn wants to carry the company forward with no issues or if he has other intentions? The sooner we are back the better but we need good news asap and good operational updates too.

Hi All - Tiger im here buddy! I have been busy working today but i have been on and off the telegram group. Listen guys, there is NO BANKRUPTCY FEARS, there are no FUNDAMENTALS or Globalvision issues, the only thing it seems is a clash of people at the top, perhaps a power play from Lunn wanting in and wanting his friends in? It is a difficult situation but i think its heading for an AGM. We really need this sorted asap, because according to Tom himself and posters on Telegram there are very good things coming our way but we need the AGM done and dusted and perhaps the right people moving the business forward.

I will just say, the Globalvision partnership / Tom is very close to Global Tom brought in the deals, the monies, the investors, i am not sure Lunn has any involvement expect with petroquest which were once creditors to ppp. I dont know anymore than this, but good things will come but i think a few disagreements need sorting.

Oh and Globalvision are 100% committed to the jv and works in Texas! From Tom himself that. So no changes there, this is all a BOD / powerplay / Lining up before a big company deal that awaits imo.

I just want this sorting asap. We deserve good from all this.

Well let's clear some things up guys Tom has confirmed " Bankruptcy is NOT a problem and never was" so we can rule that out.

He also confirmed to me "global vision are very focussed on their PPP associated Texas activities"

The issue here guys as I said today, is an internal dispute with Stephen Lunn & Tom. We need to assess wisely at the AGM what's going on and who we keep in charge.

Hi All Good evening / morning! I've not been on today but wow this is looking great, looks like we have dates on published accounts / interims / operational update too hopefully. I'm expecting a few rns Tebbin, probably 3-4 RNS at once, it'll probably be a lot to fit into one RNS imo.

A "gamma Squeeze" is on here coupled with good positive news. 50m MCAP (circa 45p) will be reached and passed in no time.

New Uncle, its a tough few questions to answer but what i do know is, DL was only brought in as part of the UKOG farm in and now horse hill oil field has been red taped it was no longer a necessary requirement to keep DL on, also DL wanted to start his own bitcoin company so wanted time to focus on that instead. They then hired Lunn who has a lot of contacts in the oil industry and has previously worked with Tom before, he is very experienced. DL is never a good name to have around IMO and Tom knew that......

Yeah, im not sure on the whole Tom fiasco, although it was confirmed a couple months back via email etc, either way lets focus on ppp and getting this beast back.....sorry the new PPP beast back.

Very true casper, the 12p placing buyer is a smart investor, it also spells out to me that there is "STUFF" going on behind the scenes. There is no way nothing has happened.

In response to your message New Uncle, i have not emailed either Tom or Lunn yet, i'm thinking i there are other ways of communicating with them, i think they have a lot of emails flying in at the moment so just thought at the moment its unnecessary for me to add to it as well. Tom, on Telegram has been active although some people not believing its him, at the moment i think we should focus on the fundamentals and the JV, 250k acres, lithium gas and oil producer in the making, 12 p placing as well, it would not surprise me if they do another placing at 16p or more.

I suspect we will get accounts signed off really soon. Then the rest should fall into place from there.

Good morning Troops! Right so just want to confirm that no fundamentals have changed (nothing RNS'd), Tom got the deal done by 31/7/24 as promised so he obviously gets stuff done.

I do not believe that anything bad has happened, I also don't think that nothing has been done at all. Not a chance. There have been photos with live satellite images from October and November with two well rigs. So workovers probably have been ongoing imo. We are probably waiting on the new lithium gas well that's what I think imo.

Also do not let the de rampers get into your head. Do not lose sight of the goal. 12p placing!!!!! 30% premium..

Auditors usually get finished all works by Christmas so we do have until Christmas in theory before questioning...... I am relaxed and patient but I am not blind. We do need news asap, I'm expecting probably upto 4 RNS maybe more all at once or just before re-trading

Guys there seems to be a lot of understandable to some degree but overreacting.

Right let's just take a breath, we still have today and tomorrow and all of next week for news before Christmas. I believe we are on week 7 of auditors having accounts a d the average time for accounts being signed off is 8 weeks ATM isn't it.

So let's see what comes out by next Friday. After that then EGM could well be on but not once has Tom indicated that anything negative has happend. The 12p placing is no joke and it's a premium if 30% ISH. That to me spells whatever is happening is GOOD NEWS. Yes it's slower than we want but let's just remember the fundamentals here and we are so close now literally by next week we should get something I have everything crossed.

I have directed a message at Tom and asked him to chase up now and push forward and we need action asap. He hasn't read it yet but let's see.
