Oh and guys THE WINDING UP ORDER HAS BEEN WITHDRAWN! This is the problem, there are so many stories and conspiracy theories that it's muddy the water, do you see why we need to get the response from Tom, I assume he is getting legal advice. The constant things we are reading on telegram is that Tom lived and breathed PPP for seven years, he will never take it private and he also has such a good relationship with Globalvision and with very good plans for the future.

All you have to do is email Lewis your holdings proof, he is preparing this (should we need it 😉) gathering % of shareholders on here and telegram. I think we were at like 25-30%! Not everyone responded out of 205 ppl only about 50 did so we own a massive amount of the company!

This has somewhat ruined my Christmas and new year holidays, we should be celebrating PPP atm and not going through this.

The sooner this is sorted the better, hopefully all will be cleared up soon before the AGM, fingers crossed asap.

With the right leadership, what happens is all this put to bed, assets must be worth over 100$m in time easy. If The Esgy data is anything Togo by we will be laughing. Nothing is over, take Friday's RNS with a pinch of salt until you hear the other side.

Oh and I'd like to wrap that up by saying, IMO with the right leadership we will have an excellent 2025, we didn't need or deserve this as shareholders and it's not fair to be dragged into boardroom politics but here we are. Remember the oil, the gas, the lithium are all there, with the correct management and leadership the company can still push forward massively here and 2025 could be an amazing year.

Remember the 500k debt is F All, we can raise that easily. The 4m loAn, id be tempted to get a 4m loan to pay that off and use a completely different creditor it rids us of any links with Petroquest and Lunn. I'm just a pi with my view on the matter, there's something about Lunn that's getting to me, he may well be a nice guy for all I know but I'm looking at how he's in power, hisblinks to loan company l, his history of dissolving companies and reopening under different names, I'm not prepared to risk our livelihood money etc that we hard earnt. If Tom comes back soon with his side then I'd very inclined to listen and then at the AGM we have a chance to grab this hands. We will find out soon what plan to take...

PPP are by no means a crap company, what this is, Stephen Lunn got into this position by (or inherited the position) due to the fact that Anton the old financial officer had shares in Petroquest (I think) and then became a beneficiary through that. Lunn bullied his way onto the board (I think) because he loaned the Petroquest loan. So now I ask, does the RNS written on Friday go in favour of Lunn,of course it does, Because he's made Tom look like a criminal however there's more to the story with this. So let's take these things, if the deal wasn't agreed/completed then why:

1) does Globalvision state on their website that PPP are partners

2) does Globalvision show that they bought out Nobel assets

3) why did JJ drilling respond to say Globalvision are operators and contracted to them as well as owning multiple upstream assets

Also look at the RNS's, if they were completely fake I'll hold my hands up but I have reason to believe they weren't from GV point of view, I believe work has been going on IMO behind the scenes. This is nothing more than an unsavoury move from Lunn to cripple the company because he's using the Petroquest loan as leverage. Now we have an option to extend the loan by upto 31/12/2025 so why call loan in early?! Is that allowed? Is that even legal? On top of that, there's a massive conflict of interest, I tell you what, if I were Stephen Lunn I'd be very careful here, on the main market with thousands upon thousands of eyes watching here I including FCA/government/LSE officials etc, he needs to play this correct and play fair. Before you hear the full story, don't make your mind up on tom, he from what I can gather is a good person with PPP interest at heart. There is a large movement on telegram, guys I urge you to put your share holdings across to Lewis he is collecting all shareholder evidence, get on telegram, together we will beat any underhand tactics that Stephen Lunn may have planned. Also we still await to hear from Tom, trust me, we will hear from him.

Imo we need to keep an eye on Lunn. If he means well we will see it asap but if I were him I'd tread very carefully and I'd be doing all I can to get PPP trading again. It's his interest and mine and yours and all big small medium shareholders. We should not allow Petroquest to gain all this if we have a chance to vote Tom inwho loves PPP and gave seven years to it. We need to call an AGM asap to get this resolved.

Guys this isn't all over though is it. As per RNS it looks to be resolvable. Globalvision still have the deal but will need renegotiating whatever that means. Can't we call an EGM to fast track what's going on? Or just wait until the AGM. We have millions upon millions of shares between us here and telegram alone. We need to get our money back and we need to make sure the deal goes through all ok, if Lunn means well then he needs to prove himself now. Asap. Prove to us that you are not committing serious fraud here, he will have to be held accountable if he is. So it's in his interests to have this back trading asap surely.

Please no more share recommendations that's all we need. We need this sorting asap

Can I just say at the moment we haven't heard Tom's side, I think a Q&A is happening very soon, let's hear his side first, we can't risk Lunn taking us all to the cleaners unless he wants to help us but I want to see action from either Lunn or Tom here.

The only way Lunn can gain trust IMO is if he gets the deal over the line, does not liquidate the company or take us private and prove to us that he is a good guy. Let's see, come on Lunn prove to us you are working tirelessly to get us back trading. Lunn THINK if you get us trading with thirty years royalties the 4m loAn would be repaid lots of times over, you could pay it via raise and royalties, come on show us you are on our side - if you are. Not just run the company into making out the shares are worthless then claiming it all after.

Actions here speak louder than words. Same from Tom, you need to come out now and out your side across and let's take it from there.

So after a few hours of disappointment and some pain this morning and discussions on the telegram group, I think there is more to come out here in favour for Tom, I think Tom will be answering Q&A's asap, also personal feelings here is the deal with Globalvision is still on and that doesn't change, I think that Lunn wants to call the loan early but it has a clause to say can be extended until December 2025 so he can't just ignore that.

Also some of the RNS states that he will be working hard to get us trading again and get the business issues resolved now is that just to gain votes at the AGM and make Tom look like a bad guy? I think we need to hear Tom's side and we can then vote Tom back in or stick with Lunn. Imo only, I feel Lunn will want to take this private and take assets for himself the bastard. Where as tom and his wife have millions of shares as well as big shareholders, none of them would be insane enough to vote Lunn in surely? Tom (from what I read) has shareholders interests at heart and he does not want all of what he's worked for for 7 years go to the dogs (Lunn)

I believe the GV guys want to prefer to work with Tom and they don't really like Lunn.... If Tom can get us back trading and Globalvision partnership in tacked and booming then he will get my vote. AGM / EGM ? Here we come

Maccado, I'm not deluded, I'm trying to explain the RNS states that they are working to get the company back and the disputes are resolvable. That's light at the end of the tunnel isn't it? If Lunn take it private or delists all the shareholders lose everything including them don't they and Petroquest. Surely they will want this relisted ?
